An amazing hotel! I was so impressed with the decor and the cleanliness and above all... the staff! They were pleasant, accomodating and even gave us an upgrade which was just incredible! I want to especially thank the following wonderful staff members who made our 1 night stay so special... they should be commended for their HIGH CUSTOMER ORIENTED persona! Very rare to find these days. The people I would like to thank are: Debouc, Fernando, Andre and Joao! Absolutely wonder human beings who treat customers with respect and dignity! I fould this hotel along with another one in Cascais to be TOP NOTCH when it came to hospitality! I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I pray these folks are recognized for their outstanding customer relations and hospitality! Impeccable to say the least! They deserve a raise! Thank you to you all! Maria and Reinaldo Morais

難以置信的好，五百多的房價，有歡迎水果，歡迎酒水，免費接送機，工作人員會帶領客戶進入房間講解每一處設施。洗手間每一處都有清潔封條，遇到的每一位工作人員都極其耐心和熱情

Amazing hotel located away from the centre but near the Metro. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Rooms were luxurious, and well equipped. The staff at reception were super helpful and courteous. One of the advantages is that the hotel provide a free airport shuttle. Mine was in a Tesla X with white leather seats. Just email your flight details to the hotel prior to arrival. Although away from the centre I preferred the location as it had more local restaurants nearby. Try the Francesinha Cafe which is a 5 minute walk away The nearest Metro is Marques which is a 5 minute walk. Would definitely return.

The free shuttle service is amazing, very professional, and the staff at the reception are super friendly and go the extra mile. I honestly got blown away by the level of service and professionalism of the hotel to ensure the comfort of their guests! Absolutely would return!

新開業的酒店，服務的很熱情，也很周到。房間非常舒適，床品也很柔軟，就是房間面積比較緊湊。房間隔音很好。早餐也比較豐盛，但是甜品太多了。酒店有自己的停車場，而且免費。
