I stay at this hotel when I’m in the area. It’s my favorite one in the northern ky area. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff is friendly. It’s quiet, but still very close to restaurants, there’s a Publix less than a mile away.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and plan to when I’m in the area. A quiet hotel, but close to grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The rooms are spacious, good heating/air conditioning, bed was comfortable. Some of the furniture needed replacing due to cosmetic reasons , the leather was peeled off the chair in the room. It wasn’t extremely quiet in the room, I could hear the tv from another room. But it was not extremely loud. I didn’t say anything about it. It’s nice….especially for the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very pleased. Not sure why the room with this visit was different. It was clean and staff was nice as always, but cosmetically, this room needed some work. The wall needed painting and repaired likely from water damage, and both chairs needed to be replaced due to upholstery issues.  I will definitely plan to stay again, because it’s a nice, friendly, clean hotel. But if you want an updated room, be aware that most rooms are apparently ok, but there may be some that aren’t quite up to par cosmetically. Still, I’d give it 4 1/2 stars.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always clean, quiet, nice big rooms, and  comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in the Florence area. Highly recommend!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. There’s a gas station and a subway within walking distance. Florence is only a few miles up the road.
