Decent hotel. Great location, great value. Perfect for families. Will definitely book next time. Breakfast is a little bit lacking though.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a staycation, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The area was very clean and well-maintained, which made the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The service was smooth, and everything I needed was provided promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service when they want to Go to Boracay also a walking distance at the beach.

We had a pleasant stay in Azalea hotel & residences, from fast check in, friendly staffs, beautiful spacious room, situated along the main road but near the beach complete amenities & good buffet breakfast. I cant ask for more.

Definitely gonna book again this hotel!!!! Served the best and quality breakfast buffet! Very clean and accommodating staff!! Easy access to all! About 3 mins walking to the beach! Convenience store everywhere! Near the D’mall!! A 10 out of 10!

My family had a really nice stay at Azalea. The location was strategic, just 3mins walk from the hotel. Near savemore, ATM and 10mins away from d’mall by foot. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for our family of 6. The breakfast in Kuya J restaurant had variety of food. And the best part was the customer service. The hotel staff are great. They attend to all of our request. Just one thing I think that needs improvement, smell of the pillows. But overall, all’s good.

Had a great time staying here with my family. Room is very clean. The breakfast is superb. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. I would recomend this hotel. It is very near to the beach its just 3mins walk.

A very basic hotel. Might be okay for a business travelers like ourselves this time but definitely not for a relaxing vacation. Service is quite disappointing. One time the staff didn’t bring water bottles in our room and we requested from the reception desk. They called us back and said that the staff already marked our room as ‘delivered’. So, are we lying?😁 small things but they make it memorable in a bad way. Also, cleaning is not even good, not to say perfect. Floor was still dirty after they ‘mapped’ it, there was hair and sand in the corners. They don’t provide hand or face towels, you have to make an additional request. The shower is leaking all over the bathroom floor. There was a mold smell in the room, I guess it’s from the sofa.. My nose was constantly clogged during my stay. Breakfast has very limited options. We had a hard time choosing what to eat. Coffee is terrible too. Location is pretty good, station 2 White beach is literally 3 mins away on foot and there are many restaurants around. Still, for this price it’s kinda worth it if you know all cons. However, I wouldn’t stay here again

The good: friendly and helpful staff The bad: dirty room especially the toilet. They promised to have the cook wares but none are available (on demand only). Food (breakfast) is not good and feels like a food for the prison (either salty or bland). Also lack of healthy options. My feedback is based on my actual experience… real talk lang.
