長灘島瑞享度假村 (Movenpick Resort & Spa Boracay)

長灘島瑞享度假村和香格里拉，緋紅一起獨享一片白沙灘，好處就是人少清凈，能充分的享受度假的悠閑，躺平式酒店。缺點是的確有點偏，出門可以預約酒店的班車出入，但車次不多。面積：不算太大，泳池為中心，出泳池區域就是沙灘。房間：從房間檔次和麪積來説，不太符合這個價位，和藍海差不多，但價格貴不少，酒店區域整體面積還小，性價比不高。賣點，應該就是私家沙灘了。靠近緋紅的區域有礁石，可以體驗浮潛，魚有，但沒什麼大魚，有一條海鰻，算不出海就能體驗到的一個樂趣吧。有私人出租的小船，300比索可以租着去玩玩，海上看日落還是很不錯的，這片海平面非常好看。下午沙灘上會有一些舞蹈活動，可以參加，3-4點餐廳有下午茶時間，可以補充點體力，繼續玩水。

We stayed in Movenpick for one whole week following the recommendation from a friend who stayed there twice already when she traveled to Boracay, and on the whole, we didn’t regret this choice either. We’ll share some positive things first, then negative. It was our first time to visit the island, and we knew that the White Beach area is always crowded, full of beggars and people offering you to go sailing or try out massage at their salon literally every five steps which is quite annoying. On the contrary, Movenpick is a quiet and secluded place where you can enjoy your vacations at the fullest. The prices in the resort restaurants are almost the same as in the White Beach cafes, maybe a little higher, but the food is way more delicious (we especially loved the dishes in Brezza). We didn’t expect it to be so good after reading some negative reviews on 永安, so it was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of options and outstanding service (and they do have black coffee, so don’t trust those who mention that there is no coffee at the breakfast buffet). But what impressed us most was a very warm and friendly attitude of all staff to every single guest. They always approached us with a big smile, and after several days of staying, they could even remember our cocktail preferences at daily Happy Hour! Nice little sweet treats at Chocolate hour, live music from 6pm daily, plenty of space and activities offered at the resort - we loved it a lot. However, there are some tiny things you must know before booking. Half of the swimming pool might be closed for maintenance, which is totally understandable yet isn’t what you expect when choosing this hotel (neither it is convenient nor pleasant to see). Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, you can see they haven’t been renovated for a while (AC/fridge are quite noisy, some things like shower gel dispenser might get broken easily - but they can be replaced at once if you inform the hotel). Last, if you are unlucky with neighbours (especially if there’s a family with an infant in the room one floor above yours), then you might enjoy terrible noise all the day as the rooms are not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, and only on the 3rd night we were offered a bigger room for sleeping overnight (but the AC was loud there, not to mention some weird sounds outside in the middle of the night - could be an electricity generator or something else - that woke us up and we had to move back to our main room with the hope that our neighbours were fast asleep). In a word, it is recommended to bring some earplugs and not hesitate to inform the receptionists about any problem you have at once and ask for an immediate solution. Generally speaking, if we ever decide to return to Boracay for vacations, it’s highly likely we will choose Movenpick for the whole stay time again.

Не очень чистый был пляж. Но минусы в целом на этом все. Номер большой, территория супер, она зелёная, уютная, много пальмочек. Завтрак неплохой

This was by far one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The stay itself was fine, but everything was ruined at the end because of how the hotel handled a simple payment issue. At checkout, I mistakenly selected USD instead of PHP. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a hotel responds. I immediately contacted the hotel through email and WhatsApp — NO reply for days. When I finally received an answer, it was completely unrelated to my concern. Even when 永安 got involved, the hotel continued to give irrelevant and careless responses. This is not the level of service I expect from a so-called 5-star resort. A luxury property should know that communication and accountability are just as important as the facilities. Instead of helping a guest resolve a very clear and simple problem, the hotel ignored me until I had to waste time chasing answers. My last memory of this 永安 is nothing but frustration, stress, and disappointment because of Mövenpick Boracay’s poor customer service. Future guests deserve to know: if you encounter any problem after your stay, do not expect this hotel to take responsibility. Absolutely unacceptable.

It’s good swimming pool, private beach, good service for transportation and massage at the hotel. Breakfast buffet needs to improve more ie: more fruits, Café latte and cappuccino options. Overall, I enjoyed staying there and will be staying there again .

이번 보라카이 여행의 마지막 숙소 위치가 외지지만 좋은 수영장과 경치 좋은 해변을 가지고 있다. 밖으로 외출하기는 좀 애매하고 안에서 휴양하면 딱이다. 리조트 내 식당도 나쁘지 않다.

It’s a hidden place ,far away from the noisy stations of the white beach.the swimming pool is big,the room is nice and clean.Breakfast is great,you have choice…yoghurt,meat,fish,eggs,fruits,bakeries,salads,soup,rice,noodles,bacon,etc The chocolate hour is awesome .if you like to stay in a calm environment it’s for you!
