I had such a wonderful stay at Boracay White Coral Hotel! The location is perfect—just a few steps away from the beach, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel right at home. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. I booked for a Deluxe Room paid already through online. And I booked a Standard Room for my parents-in-law paid cash at the hotel, both for 5 days and 4 nights. When we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded our Deluxe Room to a Family Room for 3 nights without asking our permission if we are willing to take it. We appreciate the free upgrade but the problem is the Family Room is located in the penthouse or 4th floor without an elevator. To avoid being booked or transferred to different hotel. We're forced to accept the upgrade. But aside from that, there's a lot of problem in the Family Room. The sink in the kitchen's lavatory is clogged, the other room's AC is very noisy to use, and the television has broken reception that creating after images from the screen, the internet connection is ON and OFF frequently. Then we just advised that after our 3rd night in the hotel, we need to be transferred in the ground floor with no kitchen or counter, with broken bidet, the fridge is not working and there's no ventilation since there's no window for the room has been constructed with a glass as its walls. The most terible thing happened is the brown out in the island is so frequent. And as a business owner of a hotel, they must anticipated it and provide a generator for the establishment. But the only thing happened while we're staying is to suffered by the inconvenience of not having electricity for more than 12 hours since the hotel don't have a generator, feel the hotness and the darkness of the room. No electric fan that the hotel can provide for the guest while brown out. We directly reported this incident with the person running the establishment but their response is very poor. We tried to ask for compensation and they give unsatisfactory settlement to compensate the inconvenience experienced by their guests. But take note the service of their housekeeping, that's the only part of the hotel that I can commend. I highly recommend to the owner of the hotel to fix the problem we encountered and address the improvement of the service providing for your guests. This comment is to help you grow your business and to provide excellent experience to your guests and future guests.

Мы сменили уже 6 отелей на Филиппинах, и поверьте мне, это лучшее, что вы можете найти за эту стоимость на Боракае. Мы сейчас заселились в другой отель, так как этот дальше был занят, и мне хочется плакать, как же был хорош Вайт Корал🥺 да, всё старенькое, но оснащение номера просто идеальное, есть всё для комфортного пребывания, до пляжа- буквально 50 метров через дорогу, до центра и димолла- минут 15. Я бы обязательно вернулась сюда еще раз. Девочки, которые работают на ресепшен- просто душки😊

Stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, during this time the cleaning was made only once, furthermore, it happened only after our request. Air conditioner is extremely loud and non-efficient, moreover, it seems has not been cleaned for a long time (or never), it was throughing out some black particles, which were flying all around. Once there was a electricity shut down on the island, this hotel seems doesn’t have a generator, we were struggling half night without air conditioner. Ah, one more thing, every day you will be woke up by roosters around, which seems to be active from about 4 or 5am and it is really noisy from the street. The interior is naturally worn out, looks old and worn out, much worse than at the pictures. Strongly requires full renovation. Meanwhile, my suggestion is stay away from it, there are better options for similar price tag available. However, the personal indeed friendly, but they can’t solve the fundamental issues of the facility on quite competitive market. Location is very nice too.
