長灘島金鳳凰酒店 (Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay)

金鳳凰算是有點菲律賓特色的酒店，東南亞特色，可以直接到沙灘，靠近S3，所以性價比很高，這個房型特別適合晚上乘風涼

優點：在S3海灘邊，位置非常好；工作人員大多都不錯，服務還可以；設施有些舊，但都挺好用； 缺點：房間設施舊，房門很鬆；早餐種類少，口味一般；打掃衞生有些敷衍，有時不換床單，不補充牙刷，房間無拖鞋。 總體體驗不錯，性價比高！

房間住着很舒服，離海邊非常近，步行1分鐘。泳池也不錯，很大，在這附近算性價比挺高的酒店。酒店工作人員很熱情。

booked this hotel (3 nights) mainly of its beachfront location. Unfortunately, almost everything else about our stay was a letdown. The room had a noticeably old smell, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The beddings were worn out, with visible holes. Adding to the disappointment, basic bathroom essentials that were supposed to be included were missing. The in-room telephone didn’t work either, so there was no easy way to contact the front desk or housekeeping. The breakfast buffet was by far the most disappointing part of the stay. The selection was extremely limited and the food quality was poor. On one of the days, it was raining heavily and there were no umbrellas available for guest use. This may seem like a small thing, but it speaks volumes about the lack of basic guest support and consideration. Because of the weather, we decided to order from the in-house restaurant. Unfortunately the food did not live up to its cost in terms of taste or quality. Overall, this property has potential given its location, but the management really needs to step up in terms of room upkeep, food quality and overall service. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking got a relaxing and hassle free stay.

Room is very comfy but the cleanliness is not too bad. I love the food. Our family loves tha buffet breakfast. Thank you. Will recommended.

Ужасная слышимость в отеле, поэтому для онлайн работы в отдыхе не подходит. Расположение отличное, хороший бассейн. Завтраки ниже среднего.  а также не понравилось что во время завтрака, с улицы может зайти уличная собака и крутиться возле столиков 

6박을 머물렀는데전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 좀 부실하고 햄, 소시지 육류가 아예 없었던 것 같아요. 바닷가와 위치가 정말 가까워서 좋았어요. 수영장 깊이도 1.5미터리 수영하기 좋았어요. 타월도 빌려주셔서 편했어요.

Hotel has a very good location, room furniture is ok. Staff extremely kind. Breakfast was definitely disappointing, elevator has been out of service for the whole holiday, got waken up by the rooster of the nearby chicken yard at 6 am the first day. Second day repairman of the hotel stuff thought to use the hammer right outside my room at 7 am. Not good not terrible, I'll book again

訂三人房，只給兩張單人床跟兩份早餐，反應無效⋯收費還收三人房費用，導致另一人的早餐被囉嗦！

Golden Phoenix Boracay Hotel Review Golden Phoenix boasts a fantastic beachfront location, a major plus! The rooms are spacious, a welcome feature, although the advertised slippers were missing (apparently, they'd run out – a real shame). I wasn't keen on using my outdoor slippers inside due to the sand. Breakfast had limited options; the first day was tasty except for overly salty scrambled eggs. The second day, refilling was slow, but the food was decent. The hotel's amenities, perhaps due to the beachfront location, weren't well-maintained. Handprints on the glass doors weren't appealing. Having only one key card was inconvenient, as removing it to power down the AC meant returning to a warm room. The staff were friendly, though. Overall, while decent, it didn't quite meet my expectations of a 4-star hotel. I wouldn't rush back, but I'd consider it if other options were unavailable. The best part? Definitely breakfast on the beach, enjoying the Boracay paradise view while watching the world go by.
