名符其實的飯店，果然如同瀉湖一樣，飯店內到處都是泳池，距離海邊也很近，大約一百公尺，旁邊也有超商跟醫院，銀行，門口24小時都有排班計程車，很方便的飯店🏨

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) We stayed at Boracay Haven Laguna and overall had a good experience. The pools were fantastic, the breakfast was great, and the staff — especially the massage team — were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. On our first day, we didn’t have hot water, and when I used the kettle, it leaked and ended up burning my hand. I mentioned it to the front desk before heading out for dinner, but later that evening, we heard laughter coming from the same area. I asked if they were laughing about my situation — they said no, it was about another guest — but the timing made the experience uncomfortable. I was also surprised that no one seemed to take the safety issue seriously, especially since I had my 4-year-old with me. To make things worse, even the bucket of ice we were given was leaking. Despite that, most of the staff were wonderful, and the facilities were lovely. It’s a nice place overall, but that one incident left a bad impression — so I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Everyone was so kind. It is part of a larger group of hotels, so you are able to use the Spa and beachfront chairs of sister hotels. Good location- walking distance to all the parts of White Beach. Swim up bar was amazing and a great way to wind down from a day of relaxing.

Overall, the stay was not bad. The service was acceptable, and the room and the bed linen was quite clean. However, there were constantly ants in our room (second floor). Housekeeping came and wiped them away, but they always returned, so we just had to put up with it since a refund for the prepaid days was not possible. Tip for future guests: make sure to check the accommodation conditions in advance. A deposit is required for each night of your stay, so plan your budget accordingly.

I really enjoy to celebrate my Birthday / Vacation with my family so much. The buffet was so delicious, different variant every day, with friendly staff especially to Sir Marty.... Thank you Henann Lagoon

공식홈페이지 통해서 공항픽업샌딩 유료서비스를 이용했는데 비싸지만 무척 만족했어요. 처음 도착하고 헤난라군리조트는 로비가 작아서 놀랐어요.화이트비치를 이용하기에 꽤 걸어야합니다. 5세아이와 함께 가서 아이가 좀 칭얼거리긴 했어요. 객실은 깨끗하고 청소도 잘되어서 좋았어요. 수영장뷰도 좋았어요. 객실내에서 피자와 파스타를 주문했는데 무척 맛있었습니다.

Stay dates: August 2–4, 2025 | Room 541 We stayed at Henann Lagoon from August 2 to 4, 2025, in room 541. One evening, I ordered room service consisting of a salmon steak, a Henann salad, and two bottles of San Miguel Light. I was shocked to discover, after eating just three bites of the salad, that there was a rusty old screw under the lettuce. I immediately called the staff to report the issue. The server came to clean up and saw the screw himself, but he did not apologize. He only said he would check with the kitchen. What’s more disappointing is that no one from the hotel followed up with us during the rest of our stay — no apology, no explanation, not even a mention of the incident. It is deeply concerning to encounter such a basic and dangerous mistake in a hotel that’s part of a well-known chain. That said, aside from this issue, the rest of our experience was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent, though I avoided eating any more salad afterwards. Special mention to the kimchi — it was delicious.

帶媽媽出來玩 這家酒店不推薦 離沙灘遠 要走路十多分鐘 離商業街遠也要走路小二十分鐘 服務態度特別一般 韓國人開的酒店韓國人巨多 相比之下對國人態度有明顯差別 定的房型挨着游泳池 提前備註了要安靜的房間 給的房間也符合晚的要求 這點還是很滿意的 酒店早餐很一般 沒必要定 反正這個酒店就是要我説沒必要定 有這錢換個別的吧

The resort was so nice and has a good ambiance. I asked permission however, beforehand if we could check-in in advance since we went there at 12 due to fast paced flight however, we were there waiting until 3 at their lobby - that’s 3 hours of waiting and mind you, we have 87 year-old with us. Nonetheless, other than that, they still deserve the rating because they’re responsive to our requests.
