I would suggest bath mats in the shower particularly for older people, once the water has hit the shower it tends to be a bit slippery. I would also suggest that perhaps down at the barrier area they might introduce fries so that you can have just snacks with your drinks rather than food. Additionally, while it was warm outside, depending on the type of year, the air conditioning at that level was not fully functional. The staff were for always eager to help and would go out of their way to ensure that our needs were met.

Bien situado cerca de la estación de tren, se puede llegar andando sin problema. Cerca del centro para ir andando, pero con buen acceso a transporte público. Buena atención. Instalaciones adecuadas.

Lovely and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. A 20 minute walk to the old town centre, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and a tram stop right outside.

酒店位置非常好，可以步行或乘坐輕軌去centre. 距離火車站也非常近，附近有好多餐廳。酒店停車場也比較容易停，停車位大小適中suv都可以停到。酒店員工熱情。下次再來這個城市還會入住。

酒店房間還行，地理位置比較偏，住了3天晚上，收了380歐按金，鎖定的信用卡，走的時候跟前台確定好了，一切都沒問題，兩天後給我退按金了，但是收了我132歐，打電話過去問怎麼回事，説我們用了酒店早餐，我們説沒有，最後酒店那邊花了一分鐘核實了，説是一個失誤，現在就是要退錢了，要我IBAN賬號，中國銀行根本就沒有這個賬號，然後説給我發查詢賬號的流程，第一次把我老公賬號給他們，一個小時以後都沒收到郵件，第二次打電話又把我的郵件給他們，結果我沒有發郵件，又給酒店發郵件了，看看什麼時候回吧，感覺就是故意的。

Avoid by any chance and thank me later. In one word: NIGHTMARE. Smelly old hotel with renovated lobby. The whole hotel smells like a public bathroom. At night the reception desk doesn’t work and you need to use intercom to get in (if you’re lucky and there is someone to actually let you in- in our case it took some time waiting in a rain). The “vintage” AC in our room was blowing hot air while being set on cold. It for sure remembers better times. After one night we booked other hotel nearby and it was the best decision we could make (unfortunately not a day earlier).

Hôtel parfaitement situé,service de bagagerie très très pratique,personnel charmant,au calme malgré la proximité du tramway A revoir la propreté des chambres malheureusement,nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits mais la chambre n a pas été nettoyé les draps tout juste tirés avec le lit plus ou moins fait,les toilettes pas nettoyé,la moquette de la chambre pas aspiré et il manquait également une serviette que nous avons dû aller récupérer a l accueil donc a revoir quand même pour un 4 etoiles Sinon au top

Vi kom ind rigtig sent. Der var noget galt med vores bookning, så reservationen, var en dag senere, end det vi havde bestilt. Hotellet var umiddelbart fuldt booked, men de løste vores problem og lod os rykke reservationen og skaffede os er værelse. Super god service.
