房間設施極其簡陋，上下床不能動，稍微動一下就吱扭吱鈕的響，屋裡除了有床和一個圓桌4把椅子什麼也沒有了，燒水壺和水杯根本沒有，洗手間不是乾濕分離，連個漱口杯都不給預備，喝水杯都不給，更別説漱口杯了，還好我們有自己帶的紙杯，雖然我們不用酒店的浴巾，但是浴巾看上去也是很臟的，不建議帶娃入住

Eklo這個酒店就是整棟建築。有一個大的公共空間，還不錯。有公共使用的廚房空間，略有點亂。房間很簡單，有暖氣，但是並無空調。有電梯。房間內無保險箱。地理位置還可以，不在歷史城區那一側，但是附近有有軌電車。附近也有超市。

Mon séjour a été correct dans l’ensemble, par contre il n’ont pas satisfait ma demande vu qu’il mon donner un lit en hauteur alors que j’avais bien précisé que je voulais un lit en bas. Certaine personne plus accueillante que d’autres malheureusement sa dépend sur qui on tombe. Dommage qu’un petit cadenas coute 5 euros et qu’il ne soit pas à l’effigie du concept french kiss. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner bien qu’il soit à volonté ne vaut pas les 12 euros demander. ( c’est le même produit qu’on peut retrouver dans ibis budget à 6euro 50)

Calidad precio muy bien. Habitación muy pequeña pero funcional ideal para visitar la ciudad pero no para hacer vida en ella. Puedes desayunar en la cafetería q es muy chula. A 20 minutos andando del centro pero puedes ir en bus o tranvía. Aparcamiento no tiene pero tiene uno carrefour a 3 minutos eso si pagando 17 euros día También hay un parking disuasorio an7 minutos en coche q pagas 4,5 euros y puedes dejar el coche hasta la 1 d la madrugada y te dan un viaje de ida y vuelta para todos los ocupantes del vehículo por 6,5 todo el día creo.

Alojamiento ubicado a 20 minutos del centro. Habitaciones modernas. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Burdeos. Precio acorde a lo que ofrece. Calidad-precio muy buena. Desayuno variado aunque podría mejorar.

relatively good value overall. But travellers should bare in mind, they do not adhere to a normal practice of allowing customer to store luggage free of charge, they charge 5 for that. In addition, transport from airport is not straightforward, and is misleading in their email that says direct access is possible via tram. At the moment of writing, it costs more than an hour to arrive at this hotel from airport via public transport.

ドミトリー２泊を予約してましたが、良かったので個室に１泊延泊しました。舊市街ではない分、リーズナブルで夜靜かです。バス停は目の前、トラムの駅も近いです。受付の人も感じよかったです。施設については、各部屋にはクーラーがないです。６月半ばで、ドミトリーは窓を開けたまま眠ました。個室は扇風機があったのですが、７・８月はそれだけでは無理だと思います。夏以外ならまた泊まりたいです。

My recent two-night stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing and concerning. I encountered multiple issues that made for a truly unpleasant experience. More alarmingly, I experienced a severe breach of security. On one occasion, a staff member entered my room and left the door wide open until I returned late at night. This is completely unacceptable and put my belongings and personal safety at significant risk. It shows a shocking lack of training and responsibility from the hotel staff. Furthermore, despite staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service provided. This meant we had to contend with an already unclean room for the entirety of our stay, which only compounded the discomfort. Given the combination of uncleanliness, a serious security lapse, and absent basic services, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I strongly advise against staying here if you value cleanliness, safety, and attentive service.

Easy to get by tram and you take the tram direct to airport without changing. Staff was okay and the female dorm is clean.. I just didn't like much the layout over here compare to other Eklo hostel. I stay in 8 persons room and there are two bathroom so u don't really have to wait any..

Des chambres avec des lits qui font un petit cocon individuel même si c’est un dortoir, un personnel toujours souriant et agréable, prêt à accueillir nous aider si besoin. Vraiment au top ne changez rien
