Hotel receptionists were very nice, friendly and eager to help. Kept our bags before check in, while we explored the area. Loved the room. If we have plans to go back would definitely like lodge here.

The restaurant and waiter (David ) were fabulous . The food was delicious and the service from David exceptional . It’s a shame that the receptionist was very curt and nowhere near as friendly . The hotel is very clean and is a good 3srar hotel . I would definitely visit the restaurant in the hotel again but not sure I would stay at this hotel  in the future .

Things in the room not working, like air conditioning conditioning in this extreme heat, wall light, not working, blinds falling down, some staff that are not very helpful. The hotel itself looks nice restaurant and bar.

Receptionist （female）unbearably rude for no reason. No service etiquette at all. The male receptionist at the second morning is quite nice. Bournemouth people are quite nice. The only unpleasant experience happens here at the hotel. Won’t rebook for this particular reason.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and cleanliness to a very high standard. There was some noise from other guests rooms but that can’t be helped, suggest taking ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and plan on an early night. Had a terrific stay and would return. Staff were super friendly and helpful! They even helped me carry my suitcase up as I had a weak arm.
