Room was basic - shower pressure now great. Scaffolding out back with standard view. Pool wasn’t heated was quite cold. Frosty entrance from hotel staff, bar staff slow and quite distracted. Locations good. Be warned the private car park is not free and is actually £15 a day to park. Cleaners cleaned once then left towels outside hotel room. It’s basic hotel, needs a bit of renovating.

We have just come back from a lovely weekend stay at the Marsham. The outdoor pool was a highlight, clean, warm and hours of fun! It was also a sun trap so lovely to sit around too. Literally 5 min to the beach and another 5 to pavilion gardens, a fab location too. In addition the staff were all lovely and helpful- they were smiley and happy to be there, which makes such a difference when you’re away (Odelia at the bar and the man who checked us in on Friday afternoon, we’re especially lovely. Also the hotel had a lovely mix of ages, families and couples- the accessibility features for everyone were amazing- such an inclusive place. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely!

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Marsham hotel is in a very good location with nice views from the hotel Staff are very helpful However I found the rooms are not clean enough and the mattress is not at all comfortable The fridge in the room started making sounds on and off through out the night, it being so close to the bed disturbed our sleep
