名人酒店 (Hotel Celebrity Bournemouth East Cliff by Villare Hotels)

I booked the Celebrity Hotel in Bournemouth expecting a great experience, but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the hotel did not appear well-kept. On entering my room, I noticed stains on the bed, walls, and toilet. The toilet seat was cracked, which staff explained was due to bleach damage and admitted it needed replacing. The side of the bath was also broken, creating a safety hazard. At breakfast, my boiled egg contained eggshells and I even found hair in my beans. While the staff apologised, the overall hygiene and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. For these reasons, I cannot give this hotel even one star.

Stayed here as a last minute stay and it did the job. The hotel has seen better days though and the breakfast experience wasn’t great. Good location with parking included in our stay. The best part was Spider-Man and Batman in the entrance. Check in staff were helpful. Ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t stay again.

Very clean and very helpful staff this is our second visit it’s a ten minute walk into city and five down to beach which is lovely golden sand

Worst wifi. 최악의 와이파이였네요. 거의 안된다고 보면 됩니다. 저렴하게 묵기에 좋지만 권하고 싶지는 않아요. 올드 스타일을 느끼고 싶다면 권해요. 공간도 다양하고 꽤 큰 편이에요.

Hotel was descent good and the receiption staff were friendly and welcoming

Clean and cozy, best choice at this price if u come in single. Also quite close to the beach. Great typewriters displayed in 2nd floor corridor!

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

Reception and breakfast staff were excellent. Our family room (Ken dodd) was very big and comfortable. We also enjoyed the english breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. 3 star celebrity theme hotel is a little bit outdated but maintained very nicely, clean, and will definitely recommend and visit again.

Honestly, the location is fine - it's within walking distance to the Bournemouth town centre and also to the beach - you cannot ask for a better location in the area IMO! The problem is.... the other things in the hotel. First of all, this was the second stop of my 16 days 永安 in the UK and I went all the way from London to Bournemouth to Milton Keynes to Nottingham to Chester to Cambridge etc. etc. etc., but this was the only hotel which charges customers for a parking fee! Well you could say 10GBP a day wasn't much but I would prefer they kinda of blend this cost into the hotel cost - I didn't have to pay fees for hotels in city centre areas like Nottingham, Cambridge etc so it's hard to accept parking fee is needed. The room was just so-and-so... Shower water was extremely slow and the furnitures are very old. Besides, one of the worst thing is the noise level - in both nights of staying there were party / into-the-latenight celebration or something from the hotel bar area which was a real nuisance! I didn't expect this from a quiet area in Bournemouth! Breakfast was okay though - about the only thing I like about this hotel I guess..... Anyway, if you are going to Bournemouth, I believe you can get better options - not to mention this was the most expensive hotel in my whole 永安, even though it's probabaly the worst.

It is really expensive for the service and amenities. Room not clean, if you are allergic to dust avoid this hotel. The walls are really thin, you are able to hear every single conversation of the other guests, we could not sleep for 2 nights in a row.
