Cleaners are thieves. I left the room to go to the bar for a drink after extending my stay for a second night. I left the do not disturb sign on the door which means they had no reason to enter, they seen me leave the room for not even 5 mins and I came back to a phone missing with money and cosmetic items. After I complained I demanded I get my belongings back to the receptionist who had also offered me a refund. I collected the rest of my things to check out after I had just paid to stay another night to be told by the same receptionist that no refund would be issued and that I am no longer welcome at this hotel for wrongly accusing staff. I still haven’t got my things back as cleaners had finished work at this point and was told to call the hotel tomorrow.
