Good location. The hotel room was good. However, the lifts were not working.

Have stayed before, but on arrival was informed there was no room available, but upgraded to the 3rd floor at no extra charge. Room was very good, but the lift was out of order. Will stay again, only complaint is the £10 daily charge. As there is no CCTV you can park without paying.

Actually cancelled my stay in the Victoria hotel staff not very helpful, I was put on the top floor with no lift working and was expected to walk up three flights of stairs, as a 65 year old man with Asthma I was going to attempt it ,, Will not be stopping there again,

Pictures did not match the real room as we booked an executive room and was very small. Pictures when booked had a bathtub but it didn’t exist, strangely they had a warning that it fills in 60 seconds but no where to be found. Heating not working and it was freezing. They gave a fan which was very unsafe it made sounds and light sparkles. Not money worth at all.

Poor for the price. The room is very small, the bed was really bad and springy. There were cobwebs in the room and overall could Have done with a lick of paint. The tv had been repaired with tape and isn’t even a smart tv. The chair had stained and the carpet looked very dirty. Would not recommend. Parking is also £5. There is no mini fridge and the water pressure in the shower isn’t the best (nor was the water hot enough).

Great Central location and decent size room. Just lacking attention to detail. Room booking hot - no thermostat on radiator and windows sealed shut! A fan was provided. A 2nd small window in the bedroom missing a curtain and blocked bath drain!

Room was bright and spacious and the location is great. Shower area is nice and spacious too. Only downside was found some insects in the cupboard. Otherwise everything else was great.
