倫敦布倫特福德諾富特酒店 (Novotel London Brentford)

Nice hotel, good breakfast.  Room was nice, however, the shower had a few mold spots and the glass shower door wasn’t functional making it hard to step out of the high tub.  Overall it was a nice stay.

La réception de fait au milieu du hall d’entrée.  La réceptionniste nous a reçu au lance pierre et ne nous a pas donner les informations pour le parking.  Nous n’étions pas garé au bon endroit apparement, résultat 100 pounds d’amende.  Merci Novotel

Reception很好，已在網上提前check-in，到達時很快便可以拿到房卡，設備很新，很乾淨，樓下有泳池小朋友玩得很開心，也很乾淨，房間提供兩瓶水，可惜沒有提供牙膏牙刷，整體也算高分！

設施：齊全 衞浴配套用的rituals 很驚喜。唯一問題是小冰箱的燈一直閃，不關就別想睡覺。 衞生：乾淨整齊 環境：離倫敦市中心有一定距離，適合希思羅機場過度，臨時過夜 服務：游泳池需要預約才能用，而且關門很早，這點非常不友好

The hotel tried to carry out fraud by overcharging me. Some of the staff were to busy socialising and having a good time, rather seeing to customers. During the Mercedes-Benz event which was being held at the restaurant where breakfast was being held, customers were complaining about the noise and how hotel staff were prioritising them. Dishes were stacking up, food was running out, however no one cared. Furthermore, the executive rooms are misleading, they are more like a deluxe, shoe box size.

The hotel London looks good on hardware from outside. It looks new and bright. My room located on the 1st floor and windows can't be opened as public is talking on the gf. The air-conditioning is not worked. Most problem is the service. No refill on the drinking water, shampoo and bath gel. The sink water cannot flow away. Although reported to the front desk on the second morning, none improvement has been made. The shower is not good enough as well. You have to bring Quite wonder if the housekeeping department is on duty or not.

Despite being a bit removed from the city centre, transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore London when desired. Overall Experience: Our stay at Novotel was nothing short of wonderful. With its pristine cleanliness, outstanding service, and ideal location, it provided a perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore London, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Très bon séjour, l’hôtel était propre et le personnel très accueillant. La chambre est grande et les lits sont confortables. Niveau transport, métro le plus proche à 17 minutes à pieds, il emmène directement à la gare St Pancras. Bus 65 à côté de l’hôtel si on ne veut pas marcher.

The stay was great. The beds are comfortable and clean. Thanks to the housekeepers and the reception were very helpful. Overall stay was good. The nearest subway (south Ealing station) approximately 1.4km ard 17mins walk

Amazing!!! Clean and loved everything. Check in was smooth and everyone was polite. Amazing swimming pool too. Nice view
