Very old and dirty rooms for inland view rooms. Need updating and cleaning this is 4 star hotel felt more like 2 star air con leaking Nd bad smell, room smell of damp. Stains on carpets beds not clean mould in bathroom the kettle not cleaned. Breakfast looked really basic for 3 star establishment. This is not 4 star! Staff helpful but 28 pound for car park this car park is tight and extremely hard to park a vehicle in prepare for your challenge!

Check-in was quick. The room was perfect for a couple of nights stay. It was a good size, clean & had everything I needed. The only thing I would say was there was only one power point which was tucked away in the corner & quite high up. I think a 2nd power point is needed either nearer a mirror or possibly by the bed. But this is a minor point considering I really did have a good stay.

This hotels frontage echo’s bygone splendour and is perfectly situated on the sea front. However, the hotel is ready for refurb and I certainly wouldn’t stay in the annex again (that’s the bit at the back without a sea view). Out room 254 was not what I expect from a Mercure - we had 2 extra single beds and a tatty sofa chair in our higgledy-piggledy “double” room! However, the staff were excellent, very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and again the restaurant staff were lovely and professional.

Great location, room very clean, good customer service would of given it 5/5 till the last day when one of the staff walked into our room early morning when we were asleep which was unacceptable and then couple of hours later an hour before check out we had another member of staff knocking on the door.

Lovely little gem of a hotel not far from the old pier. Staff are extremely nice friendly and helpful. Lovely bar and seating with buffet breakfast. I will definitely stay again and recommend it.

Just stayed one night. Room was a good size. Convenient location for where we were heading for food and drinks with friends. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Value good with discount code used on 永安.
