The best hotel in CH so far ♥️♥️♥️

My family love this hotel for our short vacation. The food is good, the staff is polite and most important is the environment is cosy, cool and quite. Enjoy the nature!

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is away from the busy Cameron roads, perfect for anyone who wants a calm and relaxing environment. They fulfill my request for birthday cake and went beyond what I expected. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect location for a peaceful stay, away from hustle and bustle, which is surrounded by mountains and jungles.

Have stayed at this hotel(Tionga Suite and Studio) for 10+ times, yes, quite frequent, actually right now I am here at this hotel sharing my last time experience. Nice room rate with 永安 member discount, but I feel I am not their customer if I book through 3rd party platforms, that eventually pushes me considering other accommodations. Cleanness not so good, maybe they clean shower room tiles every few months, I never wear glasses to get in the bathroom, to avoid to see molded tiles. Sometimes urine smell even just checked in, I think they don’t brush toilet every check out cleaning. Basically the room looks ok but please ignore the detail. Strongly suggest bringing your own hair dryer as the buildup one always not working. Sometimes they provide portable one sometimes no; sometimes the portable one no warm mode then you will be very cold. Tiny closet in Studio, not enough hangers. Must test kettle since sometimes broken kettle in your room. Limited selection buffet breakfast, vegetable and fruit sometimes not fresh. Both Tionga Suite and Studio are huge; all room types with balcony.

The hotel location is very quite a bit far from the main road. The room was not very clean when we arrived and the balcony door has no lock on it, they sent maintenance to fix it . The breakfast is ordinary not a-lot varieties. The staff are friendly.

非常好的環境，金馬倫高原氣候宜人，這個度假村相當nice，還會多來幾趟，就是要避開節假日高峯出遊會有點堵路上…環境服務都不錯，值得推薦…

This is my second time in strawberry park resort. I love the ambience here. Very serene, quite, far from the road. Its peaceful here and would totally stay here again if i come to cameron highland. But the hotel did not provide ironing tools. Just that 😅 but overall i really enjoyed my time here. Love!!

去金馬倫高原，感覺有點嚇人，整個山都被挖空種各種水果，到了中心區域，山又被密密麻麻蓋滿房子，然後我們轉過一個灣，爬山，漸漸開進熱帶雨林，直到開到山頂，就到了度假區 酒店非常安靜，老派的英國度假風，殖民地輝煌的資產，我們定的套房，就直接停到四層別墅樓下，打開窗戶就是陽台，陽台望過去，就是熱帶雨林，看不到一點人工痕跡 我和我老婆不想去人工驚慌，就在酒店一直待着喝咖啡，吃下午茶，晚飯是阿拉伯手抓羊肉，一個人均價才120人民幣，還報名酒店免費的45分鐘服務，就衹有我和我老婆報名，在工作人員專業指引下我們去酒店附近熱帶雨林徒步，後來還發現酒店也提供付費的看日出，看大王花，半天一天旅行，可惜我們住了一天就要去檳城了，還想再來

Location is perfect, if you are looking for a place near to Brinchang and close to the Golden Hill night market and Big Red Strawberry Farm and can avoid the traffic jam heading to Kea Farm direction. Besides that, everything is great with the hotel room facilities and also breakfast buffet selection. Will definitely recommend and return!!
