地方都係靚及舒服。喜歡有一小陽台，設置桌及椅子，可以悠閑地坐下來。 酒店早餐種類可以。味道不錯。 工作人員有笑容及有禮。

真的虛假宣傳吧？首先，到房間洗完手，用了擦手的毛巾，發覺上面有污漬，去找前台説，前台沒有道歉的情況下，讓我等在房間，等服務人員來換走毛巾？！等了挺久的，服務人員也並沒有第一時間上門更換，後來不高興等了就出門了！第二，晚上發覺床單上也有黃色污漬，這個怎麼都説不過去了吧！第三，房間隔音很差，沿街這個噪音大到不行！搞什麼？！好意思説是全球奢華的？驚呆了！環境方面，要特別小心被蟲叮咬！

Very cozy and nice and breakfast is very satisfying for my families. The only setback is the Parking maybe a little inconvenience and not elders friendly as there are too many staircases.

We had a wonderful stay at Cameron Highland Resort. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight – everything is freshly cooked to order from the menu, so the food came hot and delicious. Truly a delightful experience, and we will definitely visit again!

The Junior Suite was great but balcony was a disappointment. Hotel help to decorate the room for our wedding anniversary and provided complimentary fresh strawberries plater.

I chose the hotel knowing its YTL owned..I ve stayed in YTL owned hotel before..like Pangkor Laut, Tombak Bali, Tanjung Jara..so the standared of service and room condition was very satisfactory so was the food.. Hope to stay in your hotel again whenever we are around in your area..thanks..

Lovely boutique hotel right opposite the golf course, good as we are golfers. Great place to relax and chill. Hotel service is good and porters are helpful. The only setback was the dinner in the restaurant as the food is below standard! The fish meal my friend ordered were smelly and not fresh. My smoked duck was like salty duck! They changed the meals for us. Thanks to that.

とっても素敵なホテルでリラックスできました。お部屋も清潔でアニバーサリーのデコレーションもして頂き大満足です。　他の方の投稿で気になっていた騒音は全然大丈夫でしたのでその日によるかと思いました。ティールームでピアノライブを聴きながら頂くアフタヌーンティーはとても美味しくここのスコーンが他で食べたものより1番美味しくきちんとクロテッドクリームが添えてあり本格的でした。　朝食もオーダー式でお腹いっぱいになるまでいくつでもオーダーしてよいシステムでした。とても美味しくて２回違う品をオーダーしました。　またぜひ訪れたいホテルです。

Awesome stay in CHR! I would like to thank Hirdoy, Hussain, and especially Anji for their impeccable service. The staff of CHR really goes above and beyond in rendering their assistance to the guests. Will definitely return to CHR when we travel to Cameron Highlands again. Kudos to the CHR staff and team for making this 永安 an unforgettable visit.

Beautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons: 1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests 2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.
