The location so convenient,near to Brisbane international airport. We booked 2bedrooms and stayed 1night before our departure flight on the next day. We like the place ,so clean and comfort for us. Except there is no elevator ,and our room was at 2nd floor. We had disable mother, pity to her.she was struggled to go up and down.

We had to be at airport for a very early flight. The Ascot is ideal for this. They booked our taxi and it arrive on time. There is also a good Bowling Club not far away where we had a meal for twenty dollars and Ascot recommended it. We missed out on Breakfast as we were leaving too early but that was fine. We had a coffee with complimentary biscuit in our room as we were waiting.

Handy location. Close to airport, shopping centre nearby. Has everything you need for a stop over. Similar to a hostel with shared bathrooms. Comfy beds. Just like photos on the booking platform.

Access to accommodation was clear and concise and reminder texts forwarded just before my 永安. Loved the luggage lift, as I thought I’d have 4 永安s up the 14 steps to the first floor, which made it a “piece of cake” for this 70 year old to get to my room! 👍 … and a very helpful staff member offered to help me carry my luggage from the luggage lift to my room. My room, with kitchenette, was VERY clean. I was hesitant about noise when I saw a train line across the road and saw a plane fly overhead, HOWEVER, the unit was very quiet and I slept better and much longer, the 2 nights I was there than I do at home.

Couldn’t stay don’t ever book with this company because they won’t refund your money if you can’t stay that day and have the dates wrong very unhappy!

Be aware that the reception area and the lodging are a bit apart, so keep that in mind. Also, it’s convenient if you have a car. Uber rides took about 7–10 minutes, so be slightly cautious about that. The nearby steak place was so delicious that I went there every day. Everyone was kind. A pharmacy and a supermarket are close by, so I recommend this place.

I arrived late due to a delayed flight but there is an out of hours key collection safe. Unfortunately in my case someone had taken my key but I called the help line and it got sorted. That's obviously not Ascot's fault but they fixed the situation as fast as they could. Ideal for a budget friendly short stay.
