Location near the city in Brisbane, and is spacious. Also close to the train station, can walk a few minutes to get there.

Worst hotel experience ever. The place was filthy and had a terrible smell from the moment we walked in. The front desk service was unhelpful and unwelcoming, and the whole vibe felt off. The aircon gave off a bad odor, and the pillows were so flat they were unusable. Everything felt dirty and uncomfortable, to the point we had to move to another hotel immediately. Definitely not worth the money — avoid this place at all costs.

disgusting incompetent staff!!! arrogant and haughty communication at the reception desk. They definitely need to look at their approach to visitors.

We stayed on third floor. Kitchen had everything you would need except no bowls? Laundry in apartment great set up. Comfy bed and great shower. It was quiet and very close to a lovely cafe, a bar and IGA. You can walk to Teneriffe ferry terminal and Gasworks district. We needed something near Royal Brisbane and Women's hospital so perfect location. Easy check in when you arrive before 6 pm

The location is great and the room is spacious. However, it’s obvious that the whole property is not well-maintained. The welcome greeting was the odour from the room. Thick dust was still accumulating at each corner. The aged limescale was the boldest statement I have ever heard, not mention that the fixed shower head is way too outdated.

Fairly average room but in a great location. Several items did not work at all. Weekend service is non existent. Holes in the wall at the entry. The pool is about average also. Could be a beautiful place if the up keep was on point. Overall not a bad stay.

Terrible place to stay, I have travelled near half the world and this is one of the worst place to stay in. first thing first, the hotels got parking but they would rather charge you an extra because outside of the apartment there is a parking ticket. I think the apartment would rather slash your pocket than to treat you like a fair customer. secondary, TV internet never worked and asked the counter to fix it but straight answer it doesnt work. third, bathroom drainage blocked and place was not 100% clean. i think this place is only fishing for price not worried about customers
