Nice big room, convenient to the train station. Only issue was mo hot water in the shower for 3 days, it was tepid at best but mostly cold. It was reported but not fixed.

I have to say that I’ve worried in the beginning when I was booking it. Some reviews brought me concerns. However, after I got my room, everything is good enough for the price we paid. I would not say it’s super clean and super nice but it’s good enough for stay. They do daily room cleaning. All the facilities you need are there. Especially the gym and the health centre are amazing. For the price I am paying I would not expect that. The location is perfect. Short walk from the train station and short walk to all the attractions. Makes it easy to in and out. The room I’ve got is also quiet. Overall I would definitely come back again if I ever come to Bristol. This is a highlight of our 永安.

Stayed for 2 nights. We had a double bed which was comfortable and the sofa bed folded out in 2 single beds which was comfortable and perfect for the children. Parking at the hotel was around £9 per night I think. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of hot and cold options. The only negative is how hot the room was. The aircon was ineffective and the central location meant you couldn’t sleep with the windows open. I recommend asking for a fan from reception. It was an extremely quiet hotel and well sound proofed. We all slept well.
