Great stay as always, lovely staff, so friendly as well, we love staying here as we come here nearly every weekend to stay, rooms are always very clean and comfortable and the air-conditioning is lovely now it's fixed :)

房間內空間不算很大，衞生情況還不錯。入住的時候遇到了房間換氣扇噪音大，前台服務態度很好馬上給我們換了房間。位置靠近布里斯託市中心，但七月中旬去的時候整個酒店樓外面都在裝修，手腳架都圍起來了，可以訂之前再諮詢一下酒店。

I got a great deal on this stay but it was marred by a long wait checking in with staff confused that I hadn't fully paid and wanting to charge me full price. They eventually let me in and said they thought it was an error between 永安 and hotel and would sort. Have stayed before and had similar long checkin - unsure if relates to 永安 bookings or generally slow! Wasn't charged the £10 deposit. Very comfy bed. Front of hotel covered in scaffolding but didn't affect stay as left before work started in morning. No tea spoons in room (not even wooden ones, as is typical these days!) just wooden stirrers. Towel in bathroom torn. Nice toiletries. Quiet room aside from road noise

房型很小 唯一的優點就是地理位置好 其他真的很一般 畢業季的酒店漲價太誇張了 而且這種屬於沒有服務的快捷酒店 房間是沒有電話機的 而且當天入住的那個房間空調還壞了 但前台很快給我們換了一個房間

I stayed at Moxy for 2 days and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The hotel is currently under construction, which blocks the window view entirely. This took away from the atmosphere and comfort I was hoping for during my stay. The standard room and bathroom were quite small, and the overall condition of the room seemed worn. The carpet appeared old and faded in some areas, and the general cleanliness could be improved to meet higher standards. Another small but important point – there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic facility many hotels usually offer. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I believe the hotel could benefit from some updates and better preparation during the renovation period. I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or those looking for a relaxing stay at the moment, but hope it improves in the future once construction is completed. Let me know if you’d like to add anything about staff service, location, or value for money.

前台工作人員很熱心，態度好，check-in還送welcome雞尾酒🍸。裝修風格是酒吧風，紫色的燈，讓人想起了國內的桔子酒店🏨 設施：家庭房很寬敞，還算乾淨。房間裏有空調，但是空調根本不製冷，而且很老舊，非常吵，吵的讓人睡不着。 有個迷你健身房，有基本的跑步機等。 環境：地理位置還不錯，附近有一個很大的百貨商場，附近餐廳也不少。

酒店交通方便，位置方便。房間整潔乾淨及寬敞。 衝涼熱水穩定。 唯一現在外牆維修。酒店好熱鬧，工作人員好有善及禮貌。

Don’t choose this one. You will regretted for your choice. House keeping service is not doing most of the time. There is no phone in room. You cannot seek help from anyone unless you go down to reception. The room is unbelievable dirty indeed. The room temperature is out of control all the time as well.
