已經是入冬的季節，酒店的住宿率仍然很高，酒店大堂寬敞，早餐超棒，工作人員熱情，能夠積極幫助解決問題，房間還是很寬大，乾淨，酒店周圍交通非常便利，利於出行。非常樂於推薦給大家這家酒店。由於入住率高，也存在一些小的問題，希望酒店能夠積極解決，比如保險櫃鎖不上，暖氣不熱，不過酒店又送來了電暖氣，還是很温馨。酒店的游泳池和温泉非常好，如果温泉的温度能提高到38或37度就更好了。

Hôtel avec du personnel disponible 24/7. Le spa est accessible jusqu’à 22h, et est très calme. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un grand plus, avec beaucoup de choix, sucré et salé. L’hôtel est bien desservi par les transports en commun, vous pouvez vous rendre au centre de Budapest en moins de 25 minutes. Le mieux est de prendre un pass 72h, qui vous coûtera environ 14€.

Met de bus is het centrum van Budapest goed te bereiken. Voor ons was de ogen kliniek in de buurt. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed. Restaurant beperkt qua keuze. Inrichting klassiek en functioneel. Douche in bad niet meer van deze tijd.

We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. Best was the swimming pool area. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

The overall impression is good, the hotel is nice but would need a refurbish soon because is old. The spa is nice, there is a pool for swimming and another two heated pools for relaxing together with a jacuzzi and saunas. The breakfast is excellent. There is a big parking but you have to pay for it, that's not how you treat your guests but anyway I know that that's the custom in Budapest so what can you do? 😀

I’m writing to share an incredibly disappointing and disturbing experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms—one for my husband and me, and one for my over 70-year-old mother and other family members. First, we were given a room that had someone else’s belongings inside. Then the replacement room was under renovation, with tools and a trolley left in it. After all this, the most shocking part happened: two unknown people entered my mother’s room while she was alone. She was terrified. When we told the manager, Mr. Mohammad, he admitted the people were not hotel staff—but instead of taking real responsibility, he told us to cancel that room if we weren’t happy. This was incredibly irresponsible—especially since we were traveling as a family and couldn’t just split up or find another hotel at a moment’s notice. What’s worse, it turned out there was another room available—discovered and arranged later by a young female staff member, not the manager. It was clear he didn’t even know what was available and still told us to cancel. This experience left us feeling unsafe, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. Please think carefully before booking this hotel.

This hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had lunch at The River Bar which was reasonably priced and the food was good, / We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The room was clean, slightly dated but had everything you needed. The Spa was clean, would recommend to bring sliders/crocs as the floor in the swimming pool area was very slippy, although the hotel does provide a robe and slippers. One of the saunas was out of action but they had other ones available to use. In terms of location it is slightly out of the way, which was nice as it was quiet. We got a taxi and used the tram to get to the city centre which was fairly simple. Overall very good value to stay here and very good that the spa facilities is included at no extra fee. I would recommend! Many Thanks :)

Hôtel à proximité des transports en commun Le gérant de l'hôtel gentil car mon document était bloqué dans le coffre ils m'ont aidé à les récupérer. Petit déjeuner grand choix rien à rire Quand à la propreté J'ai fait 4 jours pas de ménage de fait pendant le séjour très décevant salle de bain ni toilette pas nettoyé Le meuble télé très salle avec des tâches Les femmes de ménage ne font pas leur travail correctement

Bel hôtel, qui aurait le mérite d’être rénové à certains endroits. L’emplacement est à l’écart de la ville mais est bien desservi par les transports en commun. La propreté peut être revue pour la piscine qui laissait beaucoup de dépôts dans le fond de l’eau sur les différents bassins, et dans les douches à vapeur. Des joints à refaire peut-être dans la salle de bain… concernant la literie, elle fut confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, avec des plats locaux.

The rooms were a little dingy and some mould and stains on grout, true to what other reviewers mentioned. However, apart from wear and tear, the hotel has tried to keep it clean and serviceable. Overall, it felt well loved, but was clearly a shadow of its past glory. Needs some tlc and a lot of refurbishment. The gantry doesn’t work, so you must walk out to the gantry to meet your cab. However staff were inordinately helpful and kind at the front desk. The breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious. Room was spacious - with every convenience, fridge, tv, iron. Only problem is no main heater in the bedroom - so it got chilly quite fast. Anyway I would stay again next time when in Budapest, the location has good access to tram line and the staff are kind.
