巴貝爾植物園 (Babel Botanico)

Nice place

Lugar amplo e limpo, ótimo para descansar. Ficamos apenas uma noite para conexão de voo, mas foi tranquilo. Não tem recepção como nos hotéis convencionais, apenas alguém que lhe entrega a chave. Os códigos de porta e Wi-Fi foram enviados por WhatsApp. Porém, se você enviar mensagens para ter um diálogo, não obterá respostas. A comunicação foi a única coisa falha, mas estava tudo como deveria estar. Camas e toalhas arrumadas com a quantidade que precisávamos.

This is apparently an apartment in an apartment building with only a security guard at the desk. There is no reception desk. They REQUIRE you to call them by phone THE DAY BEFORE checking in and you get the entry codes to self-check in. They do not have email, texting, or any other messaging app. Only a telephone call. In our case, we tried once the day before and got no answer, but were traveling and didn't have another chance. The day of checking in, we tried once in the morning, again no answer, and couldn't try again until getting back to Argentina from Uruguay that evening. I found a helpful waitress to call from a local phone, but they do not answer their phone after 5pm, apparently, leaving us to sleep in the park I guess. It was a holiday weekend and took us until 2:30am to find somewhere to sleep that night. These people need to find another business. I give them my lowest possible rating.

晚上非常安靜，有露天陽台非常舒服，地理位置很棒，週邊超商餐館選擇多。房間地板有一點點灰塵，但不影響總體住宿體驗，比較適合續住好幾天的旅客，小廚房可以弄一些東西來吃，提供的備品是最簡單基礎的，但洗髮精、護髮、沐浴乳的味道非常令人放鬆。 唯一缺點就是，辦理入住的方式和流程非常令人崩潰，我都差點要放棄，改訂其他家，因為酒店通知信上的兩組室內電話都是撥不通的，網路check in 的預定編號也是錯的，導致無法辦理線上check in ，一開始連平台方也無法取得連絡，直到我請求申請退款，因為我抵達時間已經超過前台下班時間（傍晚五點），根本不可能抵達後現場才處理入住，還好最後平台方幫我取得住宿方的what’s app。住宿方應該在最一開始的通知信中，直接提供what’s app，方便即時聯絡，不然對於一直在搭飛機、轉機旅行的遊客，還只能透過室內電話連絡、並且超過時間就無人服務，真的很不方便。

好好好非常好。
