Pontos Positivos: Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários bem receptivos. Quartos amplos e espaçosos. Agora a parte ruim: O problema do box dos banheiros. Parece que faltou inteligência ao engenheiro, porém é um problema comum em outros hotéis na argentina. Nao tomei o café da manhã pois não me pareceu atrativo. No último dia, elevadores sem funcionar, com 4 malas descer a escada foi um sacrifício.

Nice location, but hotel is outdated and not having an hairdryer in the rooms is a bad bad point for a 4 stars

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall I had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, which made my 永安 smoother. However, I did face some confusion when I first arrived. The name on the building was not the same as the hotel name I booked online. This caused a little worry at the beginning, because I was not sure if I had found the right place. Another challenge was communication. The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but their English was not very strong. Sometimes it was difficult to explain my questions or understand their answers. With patience, things worked out, but it did take extra effort. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. The furniture and facilities were well maintained, and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was large, the bathroom was tidy, and everything looked fresh. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax in such a clean and quiet environment. In summary, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but communication and signage could be improved.

Pros: Location is good. Only half a block from the Avenida 19 de Julio. Next to the obelisk. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Jorge in the reception desk went out of his way to try to make us feel at home. He was very nice and professional with us. That is it for the pros! On the cons: The hotel is old and not well taken care of. it is Dirty and we saw roaches in the lobby area and roaches and ants in the room. Bathroom faucet in my room had a water leak. Not recommended.

The hotel has aged and is asking for a renovation that will never come, but the personnel is very professional and helpful, location is fantastic

O hotel é excelente. Porém, quando colocamos o cartão para ligar a luz…a energia acabou, mas foi um técnico e arrumou. Fora isso, os funcionários são ótimos e servem um excelente café da manhã.
