1) The service is ok, and the crew is quite friendly and helpful. One thing that I am disappointed with is that the crew does not inform us of their internal water schedule maintenance, causing water disruption at night. 2) The facilities are quite new, considering that it has a unique design of the British-style building, with many tourists visiting the hill town. 3) The breakfast provided in the hotel cafe (as buffet) is average because of its limited variety of food and beverages.

Escaping the city chaos 🏙️✨ First time staying here and wow — super clean, friendly staff, and my room was HUGE! Basic amenities provided, cold breeze outside so I barely needed the air-cond ❄️. Breakfast? Yummy & worth it. Love the hotel’s cozy-stylish design, plus their WiFi is faster than my own data 😂. Perfect spot for a peaceful escape!!!

Located right in the middle of the town, 200 meters away from the famous clock tower, with a Maybank branch at your doorstep, this recently refurbished hotel is probably the better hotel to stay here im comparison to the other properties.

The location and room cleanliness satisfies .The staffs are friendly and warm welcoming. I am very much appreciated When I inquired about transportation, they promptly give advice and contact to arrange my 永安. But a little disappointed that when I check in time I paid cash for breakfast, when I enter , they said not in the list and asked me to wait and check for 10 min . That spoiled my morning mood.After all One night stay at WyndhamGarden , Shanhzan Fraser’s Hill hotel is great time . Love it. I give recommendations 😍highly!!

Overall, the stay is very comfortable and i will definitely come back during my next 永安. Had a few issues in the room but nothing complicated, the staff were very friendly and helpful, all problems solved within half an hour. Breakfast is good with normal usual choices (toast is good! Strawberry jam and pandan kaya paste is good too!) but the dining environment is superb and cooling. Would 100% recommend this hotel 😄

Pros: Good Location, Cozy Room, standard Wi-Fi speed, standard shower water pressure, standard toiletries. Cons: Limited car park bay, no air-conditioning (fan is not enough to accommodate, still feel stuffy and warm in the room).

Excellent location, just a short walk from the Clock Tower. The room was spacious, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Conveniently, there are food stalls right across the hotel. We enjoyed a pleasant evening stroll and some simple bites in the cool breeze. The only drawbacks were the dusty floor and the slow drainage in the shower, which I forgot to mention during check-out. Despite that, we had a lovely stay overall. Highly recommended!

沒冷氣也沒有熱水供應 , 反應了問題便有一腳踢的師父逐一間房維修 , 第三日又沒熱水了 ！樓下堂食也可以的 ！這價錢算了吧！

Overall, the stay is very comfortable and i will definitely come back during my next 永安.
