- Ada wifi connected tapi no internet - Call reception lepas 12malam xde org angkat - Xde free pool. Kalau nak mandi pool kena beli tiket waterpark - Ambil apartment 3 bilik tapi dining table 4 seater - Hot shower pecah - 1st time check in, card x function. Kena pegi balik reception blok sebelah - TV channel x clear TQ

Room was rundown, bathtub was shaky, no warm water for shower, no toothbrush provided. On our second day there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We called the front desk to ask for insecticide and they said they would send someone. The staff took a very long time to come to our room, and he brought a broom and pan. He tried to get the cockroach with the broom but couldn’t. We asked where the insecticide was and he said in the office and so we sent him back to get it. Again after a very long and anxious time another staff came back to the room with mosquito spray which had no effect on the cockroach whatsoever. But the staff picked up the cockroach and threw in outside the room while it was still alive. Only plus point is aircon was good.

Kemudahan parking memang jauh,,parking sekitar terdekat selalu penuh,,dan bnyk parking kereta sampai ambil dua tempat parking tak ada penjagaan dari pihak hotel.

Check in by indian Ladies duty manager ,giving room A-3!9 everything ok but the lighting too orange/yellow!! The orange/ yellow lights in my room cause depression and stress. The TOILET have 1 ceiling light with yellow light Until I can fell uncomfortable to clean my body there. The bed look too old until the metal come out hurt me, need change! The building too silent, corridor look messy and bit unclean. However the hotel ok to stay with family or anybody😁👌
