I am writing to report a significant discrepancy regarding my recent booking at Hotel Alpha in Bukit Mertajam. I booked a room that was explicitly listed as having two small bedrooms (one with two queen beds, and one with two single beds). However, upon arrival, the hotel only provided a single room containing two queen beds. Arriving tired after a 6hour journey and receiving a room that did not match the reservation was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I request that 永安 demand corrections from Hotel Alpha regarding their room descriptions and listings to prevent this negative experience for future clients."

My weekend hotel because my husband and i was LDR. So far this hotel very convenience and near to my workplace. But not spacious, the room are small. The clean room, friendly staff and good service makes me want to repeat to stay here for the next. The price also reasonable compared to hotel nearby🤗
