這裏的服務態度都很滿意，衹是設備有點成就，所以導致感覺不是這麼高級。基本上地點還合適 建議晚上可以優先節目，這樣氣氛和感覺更精彩

The room is huge 🤩 it is comfortable also, very much recommended. Minds you, kat sini Restoren La Blason (yg hotel punya) je yang ada halal Jakim. And the food is good. Sorry xde gambar bilik sbb ambil video je.

Great service and hospitality with beautiful view during sunset❤️ Convenient to find for food till night, decent breakfast too. Chilled and breeze during the night time for this season (now). Need shuttle bus and hotel for transportation arrangement if you have no own transportation to visit more places. Would like to visit again for a stay😊

This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. Best schedule timetable for kids or parents.

The hotel has a great ambience and atmosphere for visitors to enjoy and take breathtaking pictures with their family and love ones. Rooms are clean and complete with all the needed necessities. The bathrooms are clean and spotless. The all you can eat breakfast buffet offers delicious foods that would surely satisfy your taste. Overall, our one day experience here is short but memorable and we'll surely come here again.

Ants on the sink and table Fridge not working at all Noticed that water not clean got smell when I washing my hand🥲 But service is good, very friendly staff Breakfast is a 8/10 but still a bit dirtiness （the cup is not clean got stain） And the half cooked eggs are raw😭😭 But I like the environment and vibe so its still acceptable for its price.

It’s our 2nd time coming here and the first time with family. The main reason for coming here is for the beautiful scenery, calmness and atmosphere. We booked two rooms and the facilities plus views were amazing. The breakfast was also simple and nice and we also enjoyed the BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday night which was very nice and affordable. Overall a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be coming back Tip: if you like to use the hot water in the shower, ensure to turn on the heater between 60 - 90 minutes before showering. It takes a very long time to heat up

Perfect staycation not too far from the city, with cool weather in a charming French village setting. The view was beautiful and relaxing. However, food options were limited, quite pricey, and the taste was average. I hope they add more restaurants in the future. During our stay, there was also a shortage of mineral water, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was included in the package—while the variety wasn’t extensive, it was decent enough to start the day.

L’emplacement est top, c’est une belle attraction à faire même seul mais le gros bémol de cet hôtel est la propreté et l’odeur d’humidité. J’ai demandé à changer ma première chambre en raison d’une forte odeur de renfermé , d’une Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas et d’une chasse d’eau qui fuit pour me retrouver dans une superbe chambre dont je n’ ai pas tout de suite vu les soucis de propreté. C’est au moment de prendre ma douche que j’ai constaté l’état de la salle de bain et des toilettes et au réveil que j’ai constaté l’état des draps et de la poussière …. Même si l’odeur des draps ne respirait pas non plus la fraîcheur j’étais tellement fatiguée que je me suis endormie … mais les surprises supplémentaires au réveil m’ont assez déçues … C’est vraiment dommage car l’idée de ce lieu est de rendre hommage à cette petite ville alsacienne et cela peut vraiment impacter l’expérience …. L’hygiène reste un détail extrêmement important surtout pour un hôtel sans devoir être du luxe …
