great stay...

It is the best hotel nearest to every POI in bukittinggi. The hotel's Saka Cafe level 4 provides great ambience and view overlooking scenic town view and panoramic view of the mountain and valley. The superior family room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable most suitable for 3 people. The breakfast was decent serving traditional delicacy. Toast and cereal for kids are available. The seating is limited but there was no queue problem. The exception is the only lift operational is slow serving 6 levels. However, we got around this by using stairs which are quite steep and hard on my poor knees. So, if you are visiting together with elderly with walking difficulty perhaps it would be best to stay in the rooms nearest to the ramp nearby the reception.

Google geeft aan 4 sterren hotel maar het is eerder een 3 sterren hotel. Als niet-roker stoor je je ontzettend aan dat er in de lobby en lift gerookt word. Verder is het hotel verouderd en met maar 1 lift dat werkt is het het ver lopen naar je hotel kamer. Ook moet je paar keer achterna bellen bij de receptie als je een verzoek hebt. En moet je heel lang wachten op wisselgeld als je wat in de lounge besteld. Verder heeft de hotel een goede locatie maar zou hier in het vervolg niet weer boeken.

Lokasi bagus, restoran dengan pemandangan indah . .......

Superior twin bed rooms are really small..... as it is difficult to the bed

Bersih rapi, kmren pas nginap disini.. Siaran TV nya banyak semutnya🫣 Mhon di perbaiki lagi pelayanannya...

receptionnya pilih2 pelanggan hanya dr penampilan.bahasa tidak sopan .bernada tinggi.. sudah dilengkapi data msh tidak sopan..bahasa selalu dgn tuduhan dan ancaman,, hanya karna 1 karyawan harus dpt rate buruk. padahal dr hotelnya msh ruko biasa udah langganan.makin bagus bangunan makin kurang servicenya. tidak nyaman untuk menetap lama. kamar pesanan jg tidak sesuai yg dipesan

Penginapan yg sangat ok... Untuk destinasi wisata dekat... G prlu kemana2 pakai kendaraan... Cukup jalan kaki aja.... Harga terjangkau,.. kamar bersih terawat...

Very strategic place as it is super near to Jam Gadang, only couple of minutes walking distance. The staffs are nice and friendly and super helpful. Theres only 1 small lift, and it is taking forever on the lift waiting as the limit is only 5 person to be in the lift. May need to improve on the pest control as theres an incident when my nephew had a cockroach resting on his shirt (out of nowhere) while he was walking. May also need to consider the room’s air freshener (they are using coffee smell type?)

i was given the last available deluxe room. the moment i stepped in, woah... the smell that came from the toilet was unbearable. i informed the hotel management about this predicament. hopefully they may take prompt action to address this issue.
