壞境也不錯,可以駕車去文冬Pasar吃榴蓮車程40分鐘.用導航最好. 回時是用舊小路有點危險 有經過文冬出口的小路可以轉上去在哪裡有很多小食可以吃東西. 可是你從法國村出到保安亭出大路左邊是關丹右邊是下吉隆坡也可以進雲頂.

Nice place but unfortunately most restaurants not opened. The only restaurant opened was La Vie and that also limited choice ..... expensive but not of great taste.

Overall good hotel, the interior of the room needs some serious refurbishment especially for their carpet and tv. Due to monkeys, we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast quite good, just lack on the drink variety. Only juice and coffee is offered.

在房間聽到中央空調夾層有不明聲音，問了服務生，他們説可能是老鼠，但是不會跑進房間。可是第二天早上發現客廳的水果被咬了一口，好惡心🤢 周邊沒什麼特別的地方，早餐什麼也沒有。 後續：女兒的電子手錶落在酒店房間了，詢問客服能不能幫我們寄到檳城，回覆不提供服務，然後又説不保證什麼時候能到😮💨

Check in sangat lewat jam 5pm...kerana bilik tidak tersedia...tetapi tidak dibenarkan pula check out lewat. tiada tuala disediakan, permintaan istimewa juga tidak diraikan. Harap hotel dapat meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan. Sarapan pagi ok, banyak makanan.

The service was very good and the welcome drink was great! Nice room and bed, we have a Mountain View room, it would be nice if we can have a higher floor, but because we checked in earlier so only the lower floor room was available.  I really enjoy my stay at the resort, and will definitely go back in the future.

We enjoyed the room, great escape from the town during our raya break. Downside: many plugpoints were not working. Swimpools water can get too cold in the morning. Monkeys like to come to visit. No bidet in the washroom, only one toilet had it. The card access keeps losing the right access to the room door, had to approach counter twice. Restaurant could benefit by installing more fans in the outdoor seating for ventilation. The rest are great.

Очень красивое место в часе езды от Куала-Лумпура! Отличный сервис, прохладный воздух, разнообразный завтрак. Шеф готовил нашему ребенку не из меню, это очень здорово! Но будет здорово если появится детское меню. Мы остались в восторге. Есть детская комната. Хотелось бы вернуться сюда на ретрит

The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality. We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)
