Very friendly and accessible friendly hotel. I arrived earlier than 3 and it was very decent of the deputy manager to book me in earlier as I've difficulty with walking at the moment. So I have to get to places early and wait. The excellent management in excellent customer service as a disabled person I don't often get this high level of service. My room was moved to a room nearer to the entrance so I didn't have to walk too much. This hotel is best for drivers as it doesn't have a restaurant but the hotel recommended a good takeaway which wasn't expensive and delivered to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
