The room was clean and in decent size, and the view to the ocean was stunning.
Plenty of bottled water given to customers, but taxi would be the only option to destinations outside the hotel. The taxi stand located outside the hotel building and not that desirable.
Breakfast was great, yet it was not included in room rate and we paid for it.
Hotel staffs were professional, yet they barely understood English and we needed Google translate in different occasions.
Overall it was a decent stay, and would consider staying in the same hotel chain in future.

방도 크고 3층이라 뷰가 별로 일까 했는데 뷰는 만족햇습니다.
늦게 도착해서 호텔에 시설을 이용 못 했지만...
방만 봐도 고급스러움이 느껴졋습니다.
티비가 없어서 아쉬웟지만 태블릿pc가 있어서 어느정도 갠찬앗습니다.

Excellent customer service. We were warmly welcomed by Baek who helped with our luggage from the taxi stand, and Lee at the front desk.
Beautiful surrounding location, what a view from the room!!! The room itself is huge and luxurious - a artistic and comfortable, with separate toilet room and bath.
Minor bad point for communication problems - The staff had difficulty with English. They mistakenly told us breakfast was included at check-in (we asked Lee multiple times) but when we went in the morning, we were told it was not included.
Also very nickel-and-dime experience making it feel like a motel rather than 5 star hotel, every single thing seemed to cost extra including the water and tea/coffee replacements. How stingy!
Otherwise lovely stay at Busan, definitely recommend.
4인 가족 여행 숙소로 최고였어요. 화장실이 씻는 곳과 구분되어 있고. 샤워부스와 욕조 따로 있고 세면대 두 개가 있어 넘 좋드라구요. 그리고 더블베드 두 개가 있어 초등 중등 아이가 있는 저희 4인가족에게 편안한 잠자리를 안겨줬어요. 복층구조이지만 침다있는 공간의 층고가 낮지도 않아서 저희 신랑 178인데도 아무런 불편함이 없었어요. 창 밖으로 오션뷰가 펼쳐지고 소파에 앉아서 밖을 내다보는 것만으로도 힐링리었습니다. ㅎㅎ 다음 부산여행 때 또 가고싶은 숙소에요~~
