很不錯的酒店🏩值得推薦👍👍 來北海可以住這裏. 有停車位, 附近也有吃的. 但是要駕車比較方便. 因為小吃街步行不到.

Was booking and staying in room 407, The room door was horrible, the gap of the door and floor is very big (you can literally put you hand go through the door gap) and i have to ask for more towels to cover it, you can hear the sound of outside talking and walking clearly. Floor feels a bit sticky and found a lot of long women hairs. The bed is good and comfy, luckily.

非常不錯哦！長條形的房間，總面積挺大，床也很大，空調製冷非常給力。唯一不足就是有這麼多掛鈎，居然沒有配置衣架。

(只有家庭房提供微波爐，沒有早餐) 我是商務旅行，這個房間有很大的空間但沒有適合使用電腦的桌子和椅子，當我晚上工作的時候，我有很多不舒服且不適合長久工作，我向前台反應，他們告訴我電梯旁提供適合的桌椅，不過這個地方並沒有足夠的冷氣通過，所以你很難在這工作，且所有人都會搭乘電梯。 我感覺到噪音，隔壁關門的噪音、隔壁說話看電視的聲音，總是會會發生一些例外，例如我今天遇到同一樓層的人從晚上十一點半發出噪音到十二點多，前幾天總是有小孩的講話聲和哭聲。 對於安全的考量，你要考慮房間門只有基本的感應鎖，並沒有任何其他的門閂或鐵鍊阻止強行進入的人，而且你不需要透過感應卡就可以進入到所有住客的樓層。 這裡是新的建築、設計得很好，樓下有一個供應到兩點的美食中心(且很好吃)，不過晚上你必須搭車距離5-10分鐘的地方用餐，還有洗衣服。 我還喜歡窗外的景色，我能看到遼闊的住宅區和遠方的山，對於前往kulim工業區，很幸運的兩周我都沒有遇到塞車(早上7:15出發 乾淨、員工友善、房間寬敞、提供Netflix和YouTube。 提供室內停車位，但停車位有限。 喔對了他們對房間的問題有強烈要求，請避免弄髒，因為每個髒污需要負擔20RM

3yrs old hotel which near Bagan area…. The room is clean and the mattress is good The only complain is 1 washroom for 6ppl is too crowded and there’s only 1 aircond facing middle bed so it’s quite hot for those need a super cold room

I quite like this hotel — it offers free indoor and outdoor parking, and it was a good place to rest for 9 hours. I checked in late and checked out early, but everything went smoothly. Personally, I like the bright and well-lit design style. The 永安le room is very spacious, with enough space to add a baby cot or a single bed. The bathroom space is just right too.

Location was okay, i guess. Not much to complain about a simple hotel. However, have to make bookings earlier or else you’ll probably be left with one choice of room which was funny (dorm concept) but overall okay. Parking is terrible. The facilities description mentioned free private parking, however prior booking may be needed. I tried to book 1 parking through chatbox on 永安 with the hotel but no reply was given. I then called the hotel only to be informed that parking will be on a first come first serve basis. However, upon arrival, only found out that they only have very limited parking allocated to them as they share it with other companies. So you will likely have to park at the shoplots area.

The suite is econimically good for business travelers at Mak Mandin area. Lots of factory is this area. The soundproofing of the room is not so good as you can hear people walking at the corridor at night and can hear door closing sound. Water dispenser is near the lift. Room can accommodate max 6 person but the mattress is a bit small. Toilet is normal. TV is small enough for 2 person. Not much channel but ok. AC is directly blowing to the middle bed. Not bad choice for business travelers. Parking is not much but enough and can park outside. Food restaurant is just nearby for morning and afternoon.

Nice stay, setiap tingkat ada mesin penapis air ada lift. Cuma parking terhad sikit kena cepat. Overall worth the money.

房間很大，也比較乾淨，床位的佈局像國內高鐵卧鋪，充分考慮到了酒店的空間利用，住客之間也少了些相互打擾。床比較寬，三張床睡6個人完全沒問題。前台小哥服務態度很好，有問必答，他不確定的訊息會查詢後再告訴你準確的答案。酒店整體價格不貴，極具性價比。在北海坐火車以後會首選這裏。
