皇冠假日檳城海峽城 (Crowne Plaza PENANG STRAITS CITY by IHG)

整體ok, 房間冷氣好凍，如果飲用水可以多一枝會更好

非常優秀的入住體驗，房間大寬敞乾淨整潔，酒店的設施非常棒，樓頂的泳池非常乾淨，而且景色秀麗。如果不是因為時間不夠，非常想在這裡多住幾天。不足的就只是交通的部分，想要往來檳城需要依賴輪渡。

新五星酒店，位置偏遠，我們從喬治城坐grab到酒店用了66令吉(連路費，可能是繁忙時間，較貴)。 酒店的服務及設施未達五星水平。服務只可以說是一般，從前台到餐廳服務員，只做到有問有答，沒有很強要服務的意識，而且對服務項目也不是很清楚。我問前台及餐廳接待第二天酒店自助早餐多少錢(我沒有訂)，他們答我6O令吉，我問住客戶有沒有優惠，他們說沒有。但第二天我吃時是有的，八折，48令吉。早餐這個價錢是算不錯。 房間的景觀十分好，我住16樓，望山景。但房間的設施令人失望，洗手間的廁所的玻璃門是不能關上(如圖片)，洗澡間的去水不行，水喉某些位置是鬆脱的。房間內裝冰箱櫃內的門是鬆的，不能關好。 整體而言，當作是一間4星酒店便可。

優點：1、很安全；2、距離檳城碼頭不遠；3、早餐品種很豐富，味道也不錯，工作人員也都很熱情；4、頂層觀海泳池很推薦。 缺點：1、周邊能吃喝購物的地方不多，必須要坐船去另外一側選擇才多起來，

靠近渡輪站和車站，但渡輪站的人行空間不佳，所以要走到飯店的話，要花一點時間，建議直接搭乘grab；房間很棒，景色優美，飯店選IHG目前還沒失望過；照片為飯店看出去的景色

Really recommend this hotel! We decided to stay an extra night because the service was so good. Our car broke down and we couldn’t drive, but the hotel staff were so friendly and even helped us push the car out. The environment is nice, the staff are helpful, the room is clean, and there’s 24-hour Inroom dining. It’s also conveniently located near the train station. Definitely will come back again!

Great top floor infinity pools overlooks the Penang Straits ! Great promotion an all day meals; quite a few good local restaurants available ; great to come with digital TV

I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza Penang. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s location is convenient—close to the beach and not far from local attractions and food spots. I especially enjoyed the breakfast selection; it was varied and delicious. Overall, a pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Penang.

A truly luxurious experience! The room was spacious, clean and well designed. The king bed was comfortable and warranted great sleep, the window side sofa was great to lounge at while looking at the view of the city. The pool was wide with great views and the gym was good too! Did not try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. There was a hotel wide alarm systems going off, probably being tested. During the stay there was also a false alarm. The location is a bit aloof but still kindah central and grab is always available.

Crowne Plaza has always been my first choice whenever I see one in the city - but this one has been a disappointment. The only delightful experience is the FnB staff from breakfast and dining counters. Issues: 1. Check in-out staff wasn't as attentive and welcoming; room issues weren't relayed clearly to the next shift and no proper follow up; sounded dismissive. 2. Room reeking body odour upon checked in; not terribly strong but you can smell it. Four pillows and all four reeked with smelly odour like the pillows one have used for years. The pillows I had at home aren't even smell like this. Requested for exchange, the staff brought in two smelly pillows in exchange for the four smelly ones, not helpful; until I insisted on bringing another two NORMAL pillows without any odour. Big issue. 3. Opening or closing the shower screen making loud noises as if it's gonna fall off any moment. 4. Nice view from the rooftop pool, but please do not use the pool. Saw it with my own eyes a group of male Indian patrons s永安ped to their undies, no shower prior to it and jump into the pool. Two staff beside and could have reminded them but chose to stand aside and watch. Huge hygiene issue. 5. Ventilation inside the room designed to blow to all area including the bed rendering one to easily catch cold after a night sleep. No option to turn on aircon with the airflow stop, either you turn on or off the entire AC system. 6. Room door isn't close properly, you need to push it in to make sure it's locked. Noticed on this I always do a final push whenever i'm out or back into the room. There's once the door isn't pushed by the staff after housekeeping and left unlocked the whole day - luckily I brought along my valuable items and left nothing important inside. 7. Seemingly new hotel but one can notice the maintenance isn't there at all. White paints inside the room fills with noticeable dirts and scratches. Some stale smells and ventilation dripping water at common areas. 8. Location is super far off from anything, including the ferry terminal. One is forced to drive or take private hires to everywhere. Even ordering food through online delivery will cost you huge delivery charge due to the proximity from island.

Its an amazing stay ,new property, Very good room especially Bed its so comfortable, Breakfast amazing, its an industrial area from hotel you need to walk 500 meters to access a small shops or restaurants. Wifi is good, Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied. GYM, INFINITI POOL ON THE TOP FLOOR ITS ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE
