Love the staff attentiveness and very kind hospitality. Near to the ktm also. All in all strategic location if u plan to walk to the train station and rapid bus stop also nearby.

Picked the room without any window as we only needed to stay for few hours before we departed for early morning train. Honestly, couldnt be more happier! The room is absolutely clean, and the toilet is just up to perfection. This hotel is perfect for quick travellers.

Convenient Location, but Disappointing Facilities I recently stayed at Chariton Hotel Bagan, and while its location near Bagan town is convenient, the overall experience was far from satisfying. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, making it less comfortable for a relaxing stay. One major drawback was the reusable glass water bottles provided instead of sealed mineral water bottles, which felt unhygienic. The Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, forcing me to rely on my own hotspot throughout my stay. Additionally, the iron provided was in poor condition, and the iron board was small and worn out, which was frustrating for basic needs. On the positive side, public parking around the area is ample and easy to find, which is a convenience for those driving. Overall, I found this hotel lacking in comfort and quality, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay. It might suffice for a quick stop, but improvements in facilities and services are urgently needed.

I highly recommend it for those having a short 永安 into this hotel , the space in the room is quite narrow , simple , convenient , all the things are functional except for the door buttons that are broken and cannot lock in. Please arrange maintenance to repair in future. Thank you!

Hotel location is nearby railway station. Walking distance to penang sentral. Near speedmart,laundry,restaurant also 7e. But the room is small.but its okay for 2/3 days stay.

Booked this hotel last minute due to heavy traffic and needing a place to rest overnight in Butterworth. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. While the amenities are limited and the room is quite small, it’s sufficient for a simple sleepover. However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. And, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette throughout the hotel, despite the signs/notice indicating it’s a non-smoking hotel.

Room very small, air cond very noisy, soundproof no good. They did provide shampoo, bath gel, shower cap and hairdryer. Water heater and its pressure not bad. But the toilet is pretty small. Need to pay for the parking. No private parking. Suitable for a short stay, not recommended for long stay. Not worth the price we paid for.
