綠洲一號公寓 - 1 居公寓式客房酒店 (1 Bedroom Condo at One Oasis Condominuim)

Too good to be true. In the pictures, the place looked cozy and inviting, but when we arrived, it was completely different. The ambiance was dim and not at all cozy. There was no free drinking water, and the TV wasn’t working. We approached the owner and informed her, but when she arrived, she only mentioned that she needed to bring the remote back right away because the previous renter also had a problem. In our minds, since she already knew about it from the previous renter, why didn’t she fix it before we came? She never came back that night, so we ended up doing nothing quite boring since the TV wasn’t working. There was no message from her, and when we followed up, she just said something was wrong with the remote, giving us a lot of excuses. From the start, she should have initiated communication and accommodated us, but that didn’t happen. No toiletries were provided, and overall, it was just a simple room not worth the price. We could have gotten the room for only ₱1,500, but instead we paid over ₱2,300. It was not worth it at all no proper accommodation, no amenities, and the room was far from what we expected.

The stay was ok. I can say that the place is safe because we leave the room unlocked everytime we go out.

Our stay was okay bed is nice and kitchen is good but no TV, sink is clogged, swimming pool is not for free.

Accessible and near the mall and magnum terminal in going to the airport & vice versa..

The location is accessible to the nearest mall. The room is spacious but the needs to improve the shower.

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because 永安 does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what 永安 says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.
