For the amount that we paid, it was in horrendous state! There was a very thick dust pile on the fan, the tiles have probably never been cleaned, when we tried to ask for more toilet paper, as there were 3 people staying for half a week, no one replied and no one was to be found at the desk. There were cockroaches in the room that we had to kill….for that price, 100% not worth the stay

Location was good, weird configuration with spa right beside bed.  Pretty ordinary for cleanliness eg mould in grout in shower and tiles in room seemed to be greasy or something (you could see the imprint of your shoe).

Our room wasn’t ready at 3pm so they moved us . The room was not very clean, very outdated, some rubbish under the bed, looked like a blood stain or 2 on the shower curtain, 2 sachets of coffee, dessert spoons for teaspoons, nearly moved rebooked but due to a very early medical appointment just around the corner - we stayed.  Will not stay here again.

房間很老舊，設施非常差，螞蟻到處跑、蟑螂到處逛、隔音非常差，房間之間隔音不好、馬路上汽車隔音也很差。這是我有生以來最差的酒店。床上衹有床單沒有毯子更沒有被子。唯獨服務員態度很好、不生氣，很和善。但是、他們九點上班、六點下班。

A basic hotel but has enough for a few days. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and happy to help. The rooms are a little outdated but it didn’t affect our stay, just know that it is not a luxury stay by any means but it is enough and the rooms are equipped with a microwave and kettle which is handy when travelling!

Molds on Walls and ceiling, AC outlet sockets are so limited. One on the top of fridge basically cannot be used if you are using a bigger plug or device. No other sockets close to the bed for charging phones at all.. Good thing is hot water is good..

We booked a one-night stay at Sheridan Motel, and unfortunately, we only came across the negative reviews after finalizing our reservation, so cancellation was no longer an option. Given it was just for one night, we hoped the experience would be satisfactory. On a positive note, the lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our large luggage before check-in, which we appreciated. The room itself was spacious and towels were provided. However, the overall condition of the room was quite disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom. The carpet was heavily stained, and to our concern, we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen area. Additionally, the noise from outside made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Afterwards, we believe a hostel might have offered a better experience. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay at Sheridan Motel again.

I always enjoy staying here, when needing accommodation this is one of my first options. Staff are always friendly and helpful, parking on the property and the hotel isn't massive so you don't have far to walk to and from to unload/pack the car which for me is a big plus! Rooms are ALWAYS clean can't fault them.

Average cleaning, the balcony should be a part of the room to be cleaned too. The room was fine ,the spring mattress I usually don’t like was fine to sleep on. Disappointed that I found a dirty bad matt in the bathroom cupboard,so instead we use a extra towel on the floor. Pest Control on the rooms should be good as we had a cockroach in the bathroom and ant in the tea /coffee cupboard. Otherwise position of the hotel is great close to town and some take away food restaurants. Good value , good for business people who travel around and don’t have to stay long.

酒店表面光鮮，屋內設施極為陳舊；位置離海邊偏遠，走着需要20多分鐘；三層臨街小樓，沒有電梯，帶着行李箱上下不方便；衞生條件較差，每天都有若干蟑螂和不知名硬殼蟲來屋裡閑逛；每天沒人收拾房間，前台朝9晚5，其他時間找不着人，沒有服務；體驗感較差，不推薦。凱恩斯不錯，除了這家旅館。
