凱恩斯皇庭酒店 (Cairns Queens Court)

房間衞生、服務都很好，游泳池也不錯，酒店離海邊步道也很近，價格也很合適！

就是一個汽車旅館，房間很小，設施簡陋，晚上七點之後就沒有前台了，需要自己電話聯繫自己入住，選擇這個酒店的唯一原因就是晚上到的晚，衹住一晚，第二天早上就住別的酒店了，價格便宜是唯一原因。

挺老舊的一間飯店，被子只有一個薄床單跟一件毯子，浴室沒有乾濕分離，窗戶是鐵窗的那種，雙人房來說我覺得有點貴，但說不定背包客的好一點

除了能住沒什麼好説的了，衞生間沒有地漏，room service是額外要花錢的，毛巾要換得自己拿前台，垃圾也是😂 早餐10🔪衹有吐司和鬆餅以及牛奶泡麥片，美其名曰是buffet 空調是中國八十年代的那種大箱子，沒有額外控制就衹有開和關 被子破洞的，我們蓋着床單睡了四個晚上因為那個破洞看起來被褥都是臟兮兮的 給大家配個圖看看住了三天之後浴室的地板 價格700多一晚，自己品吧

入住的時候已經是傍晚，前台還在提供服務，出示護照，確認訂單後需要信用卡付款按金。房子帶廚房，老闆娘很熱情幫忙教會怎麼開爐灶。整個住宿環境是很好的，兩個靠游泳池的房間安靜，靠街麪的房間略微顯得吵一些，但也不至於影響睡眠。當我們提出需要多加被子的時候，老闆娘也是很熱情幫忙。房間整潔漂亮，洗浴用品都有，淋浴熱水稍微來得慢一些，但是不影響使用。游泳池很漂亮，可惜我們行程安排太滿，還沒來得及享用就要退房了！酒店距離機場比較近，距離市中心稍微遠一點點，走路到夜市需要半小時。房間衣架很多，也有地方晾曬，可以方便大洗特洗！

We don't usually write bad reviews if we can help it, but this experience has really annoyed us. The service staff were both rude and unhelpful. We had prepaid for both our rooms and breakfast via 永安, but found out later that the hotel had double charged us and hadn't told us. They took my card so they could "take a deposit" and the next day I found out that they had taken $340 without telling us. When I brought it up that we had already paid (and shown them the receipt) the hotel manager got very hostile and said he didn't care and that it wasn't his problem, and we need to take it up with 永安. We also needed to pay again for breakfast, not that it mattered as it was incredibly sub-par for what you pay. First we were reprimanded by the staff like naughty school kids for turning up at exactly 06:30 when they "actually open in 1 minute", and then the actual selection of breakfast is something you probably wouldn't want to wait around for anyway. No fresh fruit and stale cereal for $10 each, you're better off finding food in the city. Rooms are old and worn down, the mattress had a large dip in the middle, and the air conditioning was musty. Would not recommend

My daughter left her soft plush in room, staff were helpful and we are happy to stay at the connecting rooms in Queens Court.

Only lost one point from me, because of the WiFi signal but I can live without I'm just glad I don't have the kids with me. Personally apart from that my stay was flawless. It has the perfect, location, service, security, cleanliness, not overly priced and I've also saved a lot of cigarettes (because I'm too lazy to walk outside to have one). Then there's the bed!! Wow the bed is lovely, on arrival I had things to do but I laid down for a "little bit" and I woke up at midnight 😬😮😁 I will definitely be returning in the future. .

ホテルロビーでビールが買えるのが良かった。ロケーション的に車がないと不自由すると思うが接客応対はいいし、満足です。夜中にうるさい人の聲で何度か起こされたが。

Habíamos reservado una habitación con baño compartido y nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratuito a una con baño privado. La habitación es muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda, la piscina del hotel, aunque no es enorme, es suficiente, dispone de zona para comer exterior. El desayuno que ofrece el alojamiento por 10$ es abundante y bueno. Nosotros lo cogimos una de las mañanas con el extra de bacon y huevos y solo con el extra ya nos hubiera sido suficiente gracias a sus generosas porciones. Para los precios de Australia es muy recomendable desayunar aquí
