酒店外的環境很好，很安靜停車也很方便，就是房間沒有熱水洗澡，工作人員也很熱心下次還是會去，其他都非常的滿意！

Hotel room are good and crews are very accommodating. Facilities are all functional except the hot and cold water, only hot water is available in the bathroom.

We had a misunderstanding with their staff,but in the end we manage to settle it and we end up staying at the hotel.it was clean and nice room.

We booked twice to this hotel due to its modern and relaxing design within its price range. The staff are very accommodating. Comparing its price to nearby hotels nothing can compare it.

The place is very aesthetic. The place was embedded with artworks everywhere. There is just a confusion. We didnt know that you can only utilize the room and usage of amenities is not included in your payment. So everytime you use amenities there is a charge to it. In the end, the resort didnt ask for any charge except for jacuzzi usage as its a confusion between the resort & 永安.

We can’t enjoy coz we cancelled upon bookings we thought swimming pool and cooking included to the booking according to the staff then after arriving everything has a charge
