I stayed for 9 nights and in that time they voluntarily cleaned room once and a total of two times being asked for clean towels (after four days!) Desk employees were rude each time I asked a question. If their goal is to get NEGATIVE reviews they have accomplished that!

This place was HORRIBLE! Everything was out of order.. pool.. hot tub.. pop machine.. the ice machine every single thing! Had to move rooms as the first room didn’t have one of those door swing bar lock only a handle lock which unlocked as soon as you put the handle down so my 2 year old keep escaping from the room. The “breakfast” is a bag breakfast which consists of a juice box, yogurt, granola bar. The pictures do NOT represent this place. Wanted a refund so we could go somewhere else and the said no
