這次入住真的徹底被這家酒店圈粉了。大廳的香氛一聞就讓人放鬆，前台服務也特別禮貌，辦理入住速度快到驚訝。進入房間那一刻更是驚喜，地板乾淨到不敢光腳都可惜，床品柔軟蓬鬆，枕頭支撐感剛剛好，一躺下就能瞬間入睡。 衞生間的細節也做得很好，毛巾軟得像是剛曬過太陽，熱水出得快，水壓舒服到想住在洗澡間。房間的燈光温度也很舒服，不刺眼，整晚都被温柔包圍。 最值得誇的是服務團隊，任何需求都能第一時間響應，態度温和、專業、不敷衍。早餐豐富選擇多，味道也不錯。住在這裏不僅是休息，更像是給自己一次舒服的療愈。以後來這座城市，我一定還訂它。

I was very happy with my stay at Zenith Suites. I arrived early around 1:40 PM and was feeling quite dizzy after the long, winding drive up to Cameron Highlands. The staff were so kind and allowed me to check in early at Level 5. My original booking was for Level 8, but that didn’t matter — all I needed was a bed to rest and sleep. Everything about this hotel was great during my 3 days 2 nights stay. I’ll definitely come back again for my next 永安!

The bed sheet had some noticeable stains, and the room had a slight damp odor. The tableware provided was only for one person, and there was no cutlery. Other than that, everything else was good, and the room was spacious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *A Truly Comfortable Stay at Zenith Hotel!* Stayed at Zenith Hotel during our 永安 to Cameron Highlands and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern — perfect for a relaxing retreat in the cool weather. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Breakfast was also well-prepared with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Cameron Highlands. Will definitely return again!

I enjoyed my 永安 to Zenith suites.. already operated near 1 year.. so basically the buildings, furniture & amenities was new & in good condition.. Location was superb on the hill.. down there you can go by walking.. so many stall or shop near there.. My room was prepare well except minimal dust on furniture & no plastic on dustbin.. will repeat again here..

A new building. Ample of parking. Chk in and out was fast. Allowed me to chk in earlier ard 2pm. Maybe was a weekdays not many guests. Room is big n clean. Only 1room comes wt aircond. The rest has ceiling fan. Strong shower pressure. Breakfast was all plant based , no meat. Not too much of choices but enough to make you full . The coffee machine was broken on my second day of stay. Location is good. Outside the hotel has many shoplots. Very convenient staying here.

You get what you see. The room is modern and convenient. I like Tv, ac and fan in room. But nobody cleans my room. I do pay for the cleaning. However, Amenities in room are beyond my expectations because i didn’t think that hotel will provide many options for guests especially in Malaysia. But I really impressed. I got a bad experience after checking in but the day after their manager called me and managed it for me. I appreciate this. It shows their management is nice and guest’s satisfaction is priority.

Nice “feels new” room, but please note housekeeping is charged differently. Microwave and Fridge provided. Convenient! However, breakfast is below average. Plant based and limited choices Location is good. There was a food fiesta nearby when i stayed. Not sure if it is regular / seasonal

New hotel, spacious studio with balcony. Nice view from our unit. Location is perfect. Shops and food are within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Planted with many types of flowers and plants in the surrounding. Overall, good 👍
