入住非常慢，等了有四十分鐘才入住。 整體環境就是靠海，附近都找不到幾個餐廳和便利店。海灘確實不錯，游泳池也不錯。 這個酒店是多家酒店的集合體，可能是跟旅行社簽約了，大堂的入住遊客會突然變多。比較吵鬧。 不推薦住。體驗不太好，但是價格還算便宜。

附加:很奇怪，這個建築其實是有8-10家不同酒店組成的，但我查過，都沒有配套早餐的房型，因此，我們4名大人，還要另外購買摺合人民幣70元/人的自助早餐，當然菜品還是相當豐富的，不過在越南來説，就比較貴了，而且，關鍵是這裏叫不到什麼外賣，遠離市區啊， 另外，房號比較難找，他們是雙數一邊，單數一邊，還要分A號一邊，B號一邊，我們找房間，還費了好大功夫

1、地理位置:距離機場不到10分鐘車程，非常方便！距離市區40分鐘車程，建議來度假的，直接訂機票來芽莊，我們從胡志明晚機過來，210元/單程，超爽的！聽聞廣州直飛要4000元/來回， 2、酒店設施:其實這個酒店，相當於廣東惠州的沙灘公寓，設施不算高檔，但外觀裝修豪華，主打配套的沙灘，園林泳池，一絕！！説到沙灘，不得不説，這是難得的沒什麼人，可能我們來得比較早，我們趕着12點左右離開，所以是吃完早餐就過去了，10-12點期間吧，而且是“玻璃水”啊！！！清澈見底的冰藍色，太迷人了！！沙子柔軟！！還能是不是看到大飛機降落隔壁的機場，在沙灘來個追飛機擺拍！ 3、酒店服務:整體來説還是不錯的，雖然語言溝通不是非常順暢，但大部分都很熱情，就圖二退房前台這兩個服務員，尤其右邊沒戴眼鏡這位，由於語言不通，產生了不必要的麻煩，算了，希望以後改進！

This resort is in fact, not a resort....it is managed by ARENA, and when you check in at the ARENA resort, you have to wait for the private owner to come pick you up and take you to a different building away from the resort (private apartments, I guess?) There is no front desk, no staff, no assistance, no phone even in the room. We were left on our own. No shuttle was available to go back down the hill to the resort or towards the beach. Just abandoned. Was it clean? Sure. Was there a pool? Yep. No towels, no lifeguards or staff on duty. It was less than 10 minutes to the airport, so that was the only good thing. We checked out late evening, as we had a night flight. When we booked, it seemed like a legit resort, with a full list of amenities, which we were not granted access to. Terribly frustrating start to the day, and obviously some misleading (dare I say outright lying?) about what we were signing up to. We spent three nights down the road in Movenpick Resort, which was what it said it was. Cam Ranh Sea View was a scam, masquerading as a resort, when actually just someone's apartment, like an AirBnB. Cannot review food, because there was none. Luckily, walked 20 minutes to the beach and got some street vendor snacks to survive the day.
