Have booked a 2b1b unit for 2 nights. Basement parking has enough space and the security is good. No aircon in unit, it might be hot in summer bc the sun is directly into the bedroom in morning while the curtains isn’t thick enough. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Amenities are a little out of date. Overall good experience.

The service was great. The hotel is also easy to find. The location is very good. I requested a high floor room and was arranged for a 19th floor. The view is beautiful, you can see the Parliament House across the river. The sheet and quilt were not very clean. The facilities are a little bit old.

臨時隨便定的，居然是酒店公寓 還有各種鍋碗瓢盆刀叉碗筷 非常方便 拎包入住 絕了 設施裝修舊了點 房間也沒有冷氣 盛夏會很熱

Hotel didn’t prepare the bed as I requested at the booking. I asked for better level and lake view room as I have kids who expect to look at the lake but eventually the hotel allocated my big family at the lowest level with the view facing the car park! Lot of noise over the night! My family couldn’t sleep well! I won’t come back again.
