房間設施很舒服，入住也很方便，這家酒店住着很舒服。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，隔音效果好。位置便利，周邊吃飯購物都方便。前台服務態度不錯，入住退房都很快。價格合理，性價比高，下次來還會考慮住這裏。

可以免費泊車，免費洗衣，門口有棵櫻花樹，性價比之選，唯一美中不足是Wi-Fi網絡不穩定，設施也有些老舊

Many hotels in Australia lack comfortable beds, pillows, and bottled water. Compared to 4-star hotels in Europe or Asia, Australian hotels would only receive 2 stars.

房間面積介紹的是13平方米，實際感覺不對，不知道為啥商家把自己的房間面積説這麼小。確實沒有國內的華美達酒店好，設施有點老舊

先説一聲旁邊一牆之隔有個工地7點就開工特別吵。住的套房，一天多一百左右也還好，地點算不錯的，免費停車是最大亮點，房間有點舊，房間的燈光太暗了我在裏面辦公眼睛都看不清了，前台服務雖然不多但也可以的，住了幾天才想起來這不就是美式的motel嗎，包括免費停車這個在澳洲比較少有的事情。motel這個水準那不就是差不多

房間性價比還行出差總住這裏便宜，開車去市中心也不算遠，衞生條件還可以，房間挺大夠用，周邊環境還行，服務一般

Room was good however the bed was small. Also, the tv barely can play a local news as the screen keeps on freezing. In addition, the bathroom floor was sticky. I was ones in room 3 and 5 and noticed the same thing, it’s as if they don’t properly clean the floor tiles. This time I was in 145 and the bathroom/toilet floor was sticky. Otherwise they have free coffee at the reception which was good.

酒店位置非常好。停車也是免費的 而且很方便。前台服務員熱情招待。東西掉在酒店 酒店工作人員還打電話來叫我取。非常感謝。下次還會繼續入住這家酒店

Although check-in time ends at 8pm and we arrived a little after 8 on a long weekend, the concierge was still there so we were able to check in smoothly. If we arrived closer to 9pm, our keys would be stored in a lock box outside with a PIN code sent to our phone for entry instructions. Our 2 Bedroom Apartment was incredibly spacious. We had generous storage, a large living room and dining area. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, a microwave and full sized dishwasher. Both bedrooms had a large integrated study desk, and en-suite. There was a fully equipped laundry in another room connected to the ensuite of one of the bedrooms. They were both master rooms with king sized beds. Inside the lobby there’s a free coffee and hot chocolate machine. There were multiple vending machines for drinks and snacks too, The hotel has free parking and is 100m walk via the parking lot to a shopping centre and dining precinct. The hotel is less than 10mins from the Canberra Arboretum. Really good location, facilities and staff were great. The hotel is low rise but very large with multiple wings and buildings. While we (2 friends) only stayed for 1 night we would love to stay here again in future. This apartment would also be suitable for longer term stays particularly for those needing to go to Canberra for a work 永安 or a family 永安. Checkout at 10am was quick and we could purchase pre-packed to-go breakfast for $10 which was very handy for those needing to head home early on a long weekend road 永安. We helped ourselves to free takeaway coffees at the lobby. Only negative is while the apartment is clean, it needs a deep clean for some areas missed.
