Mura hotel was located in Cancun Centro. We stayed one night before heading out to Cancun International Airport. The hotel was clean. It provided just the right facilities in amenities, including honey shampoo, and conditioner that I needed after swimming in the sea. The hot water and pressure of water was excellent after a long 永安. The only recommendation we have is having a few more switches and plugs. Thank you!

Elevator was out of service for my whole week 永安. I was given wrong room in the beginning, then I was given a room on top floor so had to take stairs everytime. No room service phones. Room service/cleaning was late evening. No food service. Only close options were the restaurants in plaza or delivery. Room itself was spacious. Other amenities like pool available.

Ótima hospedagem, atendentes falam em inglês, educados,hotel novo, impecável de limpo e mega confortável as camas. Super recomendo!
