我在坎昆 Selina 住得非常滿意。旅館位置超級好——就在酒店區，離沙灘、便利店和公交站都很近，去哪都很方便。整體氛圍輕鬆、社交感強，非常適合認識來自世界各地的旅客。 房間乾淨舒適，空調很給力，在坎昆這種熱帶城市非常重要。公共區域尤其是泳池和共享辦公區設計得很不錯，用起來很舒服。工作人員友善又願意幫忙，有問題他們都能及時處理。 唯一的小缺點是晚上可能會有點吵，畢竟附近有酒吧跟活動。如果你喜歡安靜，建議帶耳塞。 總體來説，Selina Cancun 很適合數字遊民和年輕旅客，既方便又有社區感，氛圍很好。我下次來坎昆還會繼續住這裏。

The hotel is in a nice location, close to restaurants and the main activity areas. There is plenty of free parking available, which was very convenient. However, there are a few drawbacks worth noting. There was no coffee provided in the room, which was disappointing. I also had a fall at a nearby shopping center and asked the hotel staff if they had a band-aid, but they didn’t have any basic first-aid supplies on hand. Additionally, there were quite a few lizards around the hotel premises, including the car park and common areas. While the hotel does have signs stating that it is "lizard-friendly," it might be uncomfortable for some guests who aren’t used to seeing them. Overall, it’s an okay place if you don’t mind the lizards and bring your own coffee.

I had a really nice stay at Nilu Cancún by Selina! 🌴 The location is perfect — right in the hotel zone, close to the beach and bus stops. The vibe was super chill, and I met some amazing travelers in the dorm. The beds were comfortable and had privacy curtains, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms and common areas. The staff were kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to give local tips. The pool area and coworking space were also great for relaxing or getting some work done. I’d definitely stay here again — it’s a good mix of comfort, community, and good energy. ✨

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel. Lo vi un poco “dejado” y “abandonado” esta última vez. Una pena porque es muy lindo. Ojalá haya sido solo una percepción

아이와 함께 숙소에서 밥을 해 먹으려고 주방이 있는 방을 예약 했습니다. 하지만.....주방용품들이 제대로 있지 않고 있는 냄비마져 멀쩡하지 않았어요ㅠㅠ 숟가락, 포크도 없었어요. 가스레인지를 사용하려면 라이터가 필요한데 숙소에 비치되어 있지않아 개인적으로 편의점에서 구매해서 사용했네요ㅠㅠ 주방용품을 교체해 준다면 ...... 나머지는 아주 완벽합니다. 무엇보다 그 위치에 이 가격은 매우 좋아요. 해변으로 가는 길이 5분 거리여서 해변에서 놀기 딱 좋아았어요. 숙소 안 인테리어도 예쁘고 청결상태가 좋은 편이에요. 시설이 전체적으로 오래되어 낡긴했지만 나쁘진 않아요. 주차공간도 넓구요~ 마트랑도 엄청 가깝습니다. 그리고 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하셨어요. 제가 외국인이여서 말이 통하지는 않았지만 통역기로 요구사항을 말하면 즉각적으로 반응해 주시고 해결해주시려고 노력하는 모습에 감동받았답니다.

一般，但是地段很好，去出海的船走路就能到，住的話就是睡一覺，沒有拖鞋，出門就是坎昆海灘，去女兒島的船碼頭特別進，女兒島推薦，真正的加勒比果凍海的蒂凡尼藍色

Conveniently located just three minutes from a grocery store, it provides easy access to essentials. One delightful surprise? The abundance of iguanas roaming the grounds, adding to its unique character! Plus, with plenty of restaurants nearby, guests have great dining options just a short stroll away. The hotel is only 3-4 minutes from the lively Coco Bongo and just 5-10 minutes from the beach—making it an ideal spot for those looking to enjoy the best of the area. If you're looking for a great experience with warm hospitality, prime location, and a touch of local charm, this hotel is a solid choice.

Selina Cancun Laguna is in a fantastic spot—close to the beach and right in the heart of the hotel zone, but still feels peaceful. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a solid choice for travelers looking for a good mix of fun and relaxation.

Mon séjour à Selina Cancun Zona Hotelera a été une expérience globalement positive, mais il y a certains aspects à prendre en compte avant de réserver. Tout d'abord, l’emplacement est excellent. Les installations en dehors des chambres sont très bien conçues, modernes et pratiques, avec des espaces communs accueillants qui rendent l'expérience agréable. Le service à la clientèle mérite également un mention spéciale, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable, ce qui contribue à une atmosphère chaleureuse. Cependant, quelques points négatifs sont venus ternir cette expérience. Il est évident que l'hôtel a déjà connu des années plus florissantes, et cela se ressent un peu dans l'entretien des chambres. J'ai été dérangé par des odeurs persistantes dans ma chambre, ce qui n'était pas agréable. De plus, les portes coincent quand on essaie de les ouvrir et les rideaux ne ferment pas complètement, ce qui rend la chambre trop claire la nuit. L’air climatisé, c’était assez difficile de trouver un compromis, soit il faisait trop froid, soit l'air devenait trop humide, ce qui rendait la température inconfortable et en ce qui concerne les draps, ils étaient beaucoup trop fins et n’offraient pas un confort optimal. Enfin, j’ai eu l’impression qu’il y avait davantage de restrictions à Selina Cancun par rapport à d’autres établissements du même réseau ou d’autres auberges de jeunesse que j'ai fréquentées. Cela a un peu diminué l'aspect décontracté que l’on attend habituellement dans ce genre d’endroit. En résumé, bien que l'emplacement et les services soient très bons, il y a quelques améliorations à faire en termes de confort dans les chambres et de flexibilité. Ce n’est pas le meilleur Selina auquel j’ai séjourné, mais cela reste un choix acceptable pour un séjour à Cancun.

1. 청결도: 호텔이라고 생각하고 가시면 안 됩니다. 벽, 천장, 바닥 마감재가 실내용 마감재가 아니라 실외용 마감재예요.. 야외에 있는 기분이 드는 인테리어예요,,, 벽이랑 바닥에는 야외용 벽돌이 깔려있고 천장에는 콘크리트같은 마감재랑 배수관이 그대로 노출되어 있습니다. 2. 위치: 코코봉고에서 도보 5분 거리에 있어서 밤부터 새벽까지 내내 시끄럽습니다. 클럽 음악이 방 창문을 뚫고 들어와요. 3. 서비스: 직원이 24시간 내내 프론트데스크에 상주해 있어서 체크인/체크아웃 하기 용이합니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 5박을 머무르는데 오직 첫날에만 생수를 제공한다는 점과, 도미토리가 아닌 객실임에도 불구하고 하루에 수건이 한장씩만 제공된다는 점입니다. 4. 시설: 공용주방, 정원, 썬베드, 수영장 등 호텔 내 다양한 시설 이용 가능합니다.
