Fiesta Americana Cancun lives up to the chain’s stellar reputation: solid quality, even if a tad dated. Rooms and lobby are comfortable but standard—nothing flashy. The real stars? The massive pool (one of the best we’ve seen in Mexico) and the epic breakfast buffet—varied, fresh, and unbeatable. Prime spot too: steps from Cancun’s party zone if you’re into that vibe, yet super quiet at night (my wife and I slept like babies, no noise). Downtown Cancun is just minutes away. Highly recommend!

立地はとてもいいです！大きなスーパーやコンビニも近くて便利です。賑わっているクラブ街も比較的近く、夜出掛ける方も多く見られました。 スタッフの方もとても親切で素敵な方々でした！ プールやジャグジーもあり、ホテルステイも充実できました！

We booked two family rooms. This one is better than the other one. We don't know the reason. The hotel view is beautiful. The front desk people are nice. The front gate service is a problem.

It is in a relatively good location. The seaside is beautiful. However, there's no AC heater, only cooling. The front desk is very friendly but The people at the front gate recommended taxis and they were angry if you don't book from them. The room has molding smell. The overall view is beautiful.

The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.
