I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. I also loved how conveniently located it was—just a short distance from shopping centers and popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. The amenities, including the breakfast area and common spaces, were well-kept and made for a pleasant environment to relax in. My only minor complaint is that the walls seemed a bit thin, so I occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, it wasn’t enough to significantly affect my stay. Overall, I’d recommend City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun to travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly option in the city. I look forward to returning on my next 永安 to Cancun!

Horrible experience, the hotel was nightmare and when we checked in after long flight - the bedsheets were humid and wet and seemed like the bedding was just replaced before our check in. The room was dirty and breakfast was poor options.

Hotel muy viejo, el clima goteaba y hace mucho ruido y llegué al mostrador y me pidieron pagar otra vez. El buffet mucho que desear.

La recepción no fue buena, 永安 no había enviado el pago de la reserva am hotel, las señoritas del la recepción no me quisieron dar la hab. Luego que se arreglo ese problemita, en la habitación que me tocó el aire hacia mas ruido que las turbinas de un avion. Las paredes rotas, las sabanas manchadas.
