Hôtel convenable. Les chambres sont grandes. Le petit déjeuner est sympathique. Le service peut être relativement amélioré. Il est très difficile de contacter le personnel et ils ne répondent pas à nos demandes.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y cuenta con un confort formidable, todos los lugares y áreas muy limpias y las habitaciones muy acogedoras. La ubicación del hotel facilita 100% la transportación a todos los lugares de interés y la atención del personal es excelente, en mi opinión lo recomiendo 100%. Definitivamente volveré💯 muchas gracias Cancún

Bonito hotel, con una buena ubicación en el centro de Cancún y cerca de muchos restaurantes, también puedes tomar buses a la zona de playa. El desayuno es muy rico también. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Lobby and pool side are decent. Hotel rooms are old and tired. Lift access to the One small lift was terrible with slopes/stairs . Initially assigned a room on 7 floor which is not accessible by lift and we had large suitcases. Toilet didn’t flush and smoke detector kept making a high pitch noise.

We were not happy with this hotel. It was not clean, run down and over priced. We had to wait in a queue for more than 30 minutes each morning for breakfast even though we went very early or later and the food was very disappointing. The room was moldy and the balcony had green slimy water. The TV remote didn’t work and we could only watch one channel. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate but we left even before our stay was up because we were very unhappy with this hotel.

Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night. The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days.

酒店硬件還可以，符合這個價位，位置在市區，門口有公交車，酒店有自己免費停車場，樓下泳池確實不錯。 吐槽兩點：1）收了額外城市税和遊客税，跟永安客服溝通後進行了補償，2）早餐非常一般，而且座位不多，高峯期需要等。 總體來説還算不錯。
